need help mocking out a method
I''m trying to test a controller method''s error handling. To do so I need to mock out a method that normally returns a unique number so that it returns a duplicate number several times in a row thereby triggering the error handling. However, I can''t get the mock working. Here''s the test code along with the error (all from test/functional/

Should I dump my Nvidia card from the less known brand "Gainward"?
Hi everyone. I'm a big Free Software enthusiast and, therefore, I would very much like to use the nouveau free driver, instead of the proprietary one. My problem is that, looking for the cheapest option available, when I needed to buy a new graphics card, 2 years ago, I decided for a model from a brand that I had never heard of - called "Gainward" - because I thought it had a

Nouveau should create a script to download the bleeding-edge version
I've tried to use Nouveau several times, with several operative systems (Ubuntu, Mint, Trisquel). Seemingly, the versions of Nouveau are too old, since my screen is detected as being smaller than it is. All in all, I tried to follow the instructions to build from scratch (in order to have the really latest version), and failed. Would somebody mind to create a script to download the sources,

GeForce 8400 GS (follow-up)
Hello again, everyone. I'm the same "Fernando Negro" that sent a message entitled "GeForce 8400 GS", three days ago. ( http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/nouveau/2013-October/014660.html) I'm sorry for having to open a new topic, in here... But, due to all the experiments with installing new distros and drivers on my computer, I ended up loosing access to the

Chrooted SFTP-only users along with normal SFTP
Hi! I want to set a OpenSSH server which restricts some users to only chrooted SFTP, while others have full/normal ssh, scp and sftp access. Most or all guides on the web say that I should enable the config line "Subsytem sftp internal-sftp" among other things, but I've found out that this only causes non-restricted users to not be able use SFTP at all, only the chrooted users.

[Trisquel-users] I am fed up with YouTube!
May be wish for an addon which on-the-fly convert flv/mp4 videos to ogg in browser. Firefox can run/display ogg videos. Currently I have to download them manually using download helper extension and then i use OggConvert to convert it into ogg video. Then I watch it. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

YUM update from RHEL3 to CentOS3 stalls
Hi all, I just ran into a problem. I was following the nifty procedure to upgrade a WhiteHat/RHEL3.x box to CentOS 3.6 and the update hung. It was in the process of updating MySQL server, and a post install scriptlet apparently failed. So I killed the process with a CTRL-C. However, upon trying to restart YUM, it says there is nothing left to, saying: Gathering header information file(s)

What current UPS can I buy?
I'm sure this has been asked before and I did search the list archives but anything I did find looked to be older. I'm looking at buying some UPS and I'm not sure how to tell which currently sold models are supported by NUT. I know that not every new model will be supported but there has to be some right? Is there a specific designation I can look for in the technical specs that
