Mailing list convert scripts not working on wiki
I'm trying to download Julian Fitzell's scripts to convert mbox to Maildir format from the wiki page at http://wiki.dovecot.org/Migration/MailFormat But when I click on the links for the scripts it just sends me back to the same page rather than downloading the scripts. The links in question are http://wiki.dovecot.org/Migration/MailFormat?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=mb2md.tgz

Spanish wiki namespace preview
Hi guys, Do you think we could: - Create Spanish name space (not English) for each Spanish page in wiki-m.centos.org (or another selected place). Just to make a preview of what we could have on wiki.centos.org. - Install Spanish Support (Like HelpOnLanguages and SystemPagesSetup pages say) in wiki-m.centos.org (or another selected place). ? Also, could we try the last modern-CentOS theme :) ?

modern-CentOS-1.10.3
Sometimes content gets out of page due it is larger than screen visible area. To fix that in modern-CentOS-1.10.3 we introduce automatically overflow for some table cells and pre elements. See: http://wiki.centos.org/ArtWork/WikiDesign/modern-CentOS?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=Screenshot-scrolling_text_inside_tables.png More details in:

Gnome dark panels
I think of a layout like in the centos wiki: https://wiki.centos.org/Screenshots?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=screenshot-c7-widescreen.png With panels I mean the lines on top and bottom of a desktop. 22 kHz version of CELT
Hi, I'd like to know the reasons why CELT supports only signals with sampling frequency in the range of 32-96 kHz. In effect, it can clearly outperform speex at high bitrates, and has potential to be used in high quality voice communications even for 11, 16 and 22 kHz speech signals. It could also compete with SILK codec (to be soon released by Skype). See this page for more specifications

Garbled plot label
Hello, While using the "plot" function against a model with a long formula, I get a garbled label in the bottom of the plot. It looks like there are two lines printed one over another, here's my example: http://pico.magnum2.pl/maciej/NodalInvolvement/MisclassificationRate?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=TwoFactorResiduals.png This was from using

[LLVMdev] tot clang/llvm and tot gcc performance comparision
Thanks David. Unfortunately many of us cannot use GPL v3 gcc so it's hard for us to investigate this. One question, can you tell if gcc is inlining significantly more than llvm? We have reports that this is one of the issue plaguing eon performance. There are also some relatively well known spec optimizations that we haven't implemented. e.g.

ESXi, KVM or Xen?
Which of these would be the recommended virtualization platform for mainly CentOS guest on CentOS host for running a virtualized mail server? From what I've read, objectively it seems that VMWare's still the way to go although I would had like to go with Xen or KVM just as a matter of subjective preference. VMWare's offering seems to have the best support and tools, plus likely the

Looking for Newsletter Stuff
Hey I want to start the next Newsletter early so it can be a little more relaxed. The next release will be the 1. April. I really need someone to *interview*, just drop me a mail and I will send you a few questions. This can be anyone from the community that has some sort of CentOS install. And then I want to introduce a new section called DeskShot where users can show off their workplaces.

GoogleAds on wiki.centos.org
We need to maintain GoogleAds on wiki.centos.org ... so let's not ask for them to be removed :D However, what I think makes sense from a space perspective is this: If we can move the search box down and stick it in the same place as the "More Actions" drop down box, then maybe we can move the GoogleAds down into the title bar beside the CentOS Logo. I am also OK with a right

Artwork localization
Hello everyone, What do you think about having localized the following CentOS components: - Rolling notes in CentOS installer. These images are shown during the installation process, once the configuration is done and you are waiting for packages to be installed. Rolling notes are a great place to promote CentOS. If they are not localized, they are shown in English language by default.

Memory Ballooning / Overcommitting
I have a xen server setup that I want to install a lot of vms on if possible. The vms will have no utilization for the most part; and brief utilization when active. The server has 2GB of RAM. We were running into a problem were the dom0 would not let us add anymore vms because we were out of physical memory. I have started to read about memory ballooning and hoping someone could point me

Xen and Enomaly
Hi list, Right now I''ve to find some graphic (or web!) interface to administrate our new data center infrastructure who will be running over Xen. I''ve been googling around to find something, and looks like Enomaly is a good choice. Can anybody give me some feedback about this? Or maybe recommend another front-end interface? Thanks in advance. Boris.

[LLVMdev] tot clang/llvm and tot gcc performance comparision
Hi, I have looked at the LLVM code generation quality using small test cases and in general it is better than I thought and in some cases better than gcc. However, there are still some gap in SPEC performance. I have not looked at the root cause of those gaps. Anyone who cares about LLVM performance need to take this seriously. For fair comparison, I used -fno-strict-aliasing in gcc to turn off
