I have changed to: JefroOsierMixon but for some reason it won't save. The settings page just spins after I click Save. Forward Stepwise regression based on partial F test
I am hoping to get some advise on the following: I am looking for an automatic variable selection procedure to reduce the number of potential predictor variables (~ 50) in a multiple regression model. I would be interested to use the forward stepwise regression using the partial F test. I have looked into possible R-functions but could not find this particular approach. There is a function

[LLVMdev] local test-suite failures on linux
There is almost certainly a bug in lnt or the makefiles. I changed the body of Burg main to the following: + printf("Hello World\n"); + return 0; I re-ran the test-suite again and got the following errors: --- Tested: 986 tests -- FAIL: MultiSource/Applications/Burg/burg.execution_time (494 of 986) FAIL: MultiSource/Applications/ClamAV/clamscan.execution_time (495 of 986) FAIL:

[LLVMdev] ARM LNT test-suite Buildbot
Hi Renato, I've investigated a few of these for AArch64 recently, and some of the results will be applicable in the 32-bit world too. > MultiSource/Benchmarks/McCat/12-IOtest/iotest.execution_time This is because of disagreement between ABIs over whether "char" is signed. ARM says no, x86 says yes. >

URGENT: Update issues from 3.6.6 to 3.10.2 Accessing files via samba come up with permission denied
Hi, Over the weekend we updated a two server glusterfs 3.6.6 install to 3.10.2 We also updated samba and samba-vfs to the latest in CentOS. I enabled several of the newer caching features from gluster 3.9 for small file performance and samba, and we now seem to have some issues with accessing files from glusterfs. When users try to access some files, they get a Permission denied message. This

[LLVMdev] ARM LNT test-suite Buildbot
Hi Folks, Looks like our LNT ARM buildbot with the vectorizer is running and producing good results. There are only 11 failures: FAIL: MultiSource/Applications/Burg/burg.execution_time (1 of 1104) FAIL: MultiSource/Applications/ClamAV/clamscan.execution_time (2 of 1104) FAIL: MultiSource/Applications/lemon/lemon.execution_time (3 of 1104) FAIL:

[LLVMdev] [Polly] Compile-time and Execution-time analysis for the SCEV canonicalization
Hello all, I have done some basic experiments about Polly canonicalization passes and I found the SCEV canonicalization has significant impact on both compile-time and execution-time performance. Detailed results for SCEV and default canonicalization can be viewed on: http://188.40.87.11:8000/db_default/v4/nts/32 (or 33, 34) *pNoGen with SCEV canonicalization (run 32): -O3 -Xclang -load

Release of libvirt-0.9.0
As scheduled, libvirt 0.9.0 was tagged and pushed today, it's available from FTP at: ftp://libvirt.org/libvirt/ This is a large release w.r.t. the amount of features and changes, and well worth bumping the middle version number. We are also getting closer to a 1.0.0 release ! Features: - Support cputune cpu usage tuning (Osier Yang and Nikunj A. Dadhania) - Add public APIs for storage

[LLVMdev] local test-suite failures on linux
Hi, I figured out how to resolve the failures. I noticed that Mountain Lion includes Bison 2.3 while Ubuntu 12.04 includes Bison 2.5. I installed Bison 2.3 from source in Ubuntu and the failures went away. I'm a little concerned that the bison version fixed all the failures I was seeing. To my knowledge the only failing test that depended on bison was Burg. It almost looks like one failure

Advice on data design idea
I''m about to embark on a project and am seeking advice on my approach. I have an automotive site that needs to have shared categories. I''ve checked out different nested set, ancestral, acts_as_tree, acyclic plugins but feel they don''t exactly fit. So I am about to roll my own simple solution. Any feedback as to whether this looks good is appreciated. Essentially I
