[Bug 68] Kernel panic
https://bugzilla.netfilter.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=68 ------- Additional Comments From laforge@netfilter.org 2003-03-20 10:55 ------- This looks strange. The BUG in slab.c tells us that there is a GFP_ATOMIC missing. This means that we are allocating kernel memory from softirq context with only GFP_KERNEL. If I understand your backtrace correctly, what happens is: - you are

Iptables Rpm Missing Modules
The current build of iptables does not appear to include some modules. Among these are ipt_recent.so, a very handy module in deflecting the current flurry of sshd dictionary attacks. Lineox appears to have the same problem. This is because the RedHat source rpm spec file is not explicit in the kernel directory location and that omission affects these few modules. Required changes in the

Using Samba 2.2.8a with Microsoft Cluster Services
Hello all- First time posting to group in 3.5 years of using Samba ;) I have a particularily odd problem that the folks over at sql-server-performance.com forums have never seen nor heard of... I am setting up an W2kAS/SQL2k active/passive cluster using Cluster Services. The MSCS requires a common domain login for installing and configuring MSCS which I have setup on my Samba 2.2.8a PDC

R-2.01 and RSPerl-0.6.2
Hi, I am somewhat new to R and RSPerl, but I think this particular problem has to do with RSPerl and so I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask for help. Nevertheless I am quite sure that many of you would have used RSPerl with R. My hardware platform is a Sun/Solaris V440 server running Solaris 9 operating system I use the gcc-3.4.0 compiler to compile R without any problems. My

what''s the meaning of xchg()?
lartc-request,hello! I find a line in tbf_change() in sch_tbf.c: ptab = xchg(&q->P_tab, ptab); Can I consider that the pointers are exchanged between q->P_tab and ptab? as following: prev=q->R_tab; q->R_tab = rtab; rtab = prev; Is my understanding righ? ======= 2002-03-23 12:01:00 you wrote:======= >Send LARTC mailing list

latest klibc for udev
This patch make it possible to run udev with the latest klibc. One patch for the udev/Makefile to match the moved include/ dir. Another one for klibc's string fuctions, that are causing segfaults: strncpy.c: the while() gets n == -1 and memset() dies strncat.c: cat's only strlen(dest) count of chars from src to dest Thanks, Kay -------------- next part -------------- ===== Makefile

2 ISQs
Hello, I tried to find the answer to my problem already but it is a specialised one I think because nothing was found. I previously have a ISP who was very fast ("extreme speed" service from Cable Modem) but that blocked SMTP port and some other for poor non-commercial users... And it gives dynamic addresses so no DNS at home without tricks... So I went to another

G729
I have come to realize that I don't have to have a g729a license in order to make use of an ATA-186 or 7460 connecting to another 7460. I just need to allow the codec in sip.conf. Now what ramification does that have when I dial out over one of my analog line (connected to * by a channelbank and a T100P) using my 7460 or ATA-186. The only benefit I am looking for is reduced bandwidth
