similar to: CentOS and EMC PowerPath/Naviagent

I just installed EMC PowerPath 5.0.0 and Navisphere Agent and CLI on a CentOS 4.4/x86_64 system. When I try to start naviagent, I get the error below. Before upgrading to CentOS4.4, this same system had RHEL3 ES for x86_64 on it, and the same problem was encountered. I spent weeks going back and forth with EMC tech support, but the problem was never resolved. I'm hoping someone here on this

Hi there, have a strange behavior if i?ll create a zfs pool at an EMC PowerPath pseudo device. I can create a pool on emcpower0a but not on emcpower2a zpool core dumps with invalid argument .... ???? I can mount by UUID, and not have to worry about persistent bindings across nodes. But how do I make sure when it mounts by UUID , that the pwoer path device is used.
