Desperate for a decent icecast client for Ubuntu 12.04
Hi I finalement sent a simple sh + darkice.cfg that launch Darkice with all the parameters . Actually we understood a bit too late that OSS is not supported on 12.04 anymore and thus we add to give an alsa path to specify the sound card. I plan on doing a simple web interface for Darkice, hasn't anyone tried this already ? thanks

I` m using a tutorial here: http://idjc.sourceforge.net/tutorials_icecast.html When I try to run Jack server I get something like this: "Jack is running in realtime mode, but you`re not allowed to use realtime scheduling. Your system has an audio

Fair warning after helping Timothy Clark out, is ill advised and warn you stay away from this guy. While he talks a good talk, and "Christian", come forth his ways are divisive and he is all over the place. I helped him and maybe its my fault for being so helpful, and then getting involved in it. I can assure you this guys motives are not right. I let my faith in common man of course

Using ardj with ezstream
Hello everybody. I would like to ask a question. Does anybody here know how to use ardj with ezstream? I have been trying to find some documentation on how to get it set up and working properly. But, I cannot find any. So, I hope that one of you knows how to use the software in conjunction with each other, because I would like to set up an intelligent scheduler that includes, jingles, and other

Using butt in same mount point that is used for relay
Hello. We are using icecast to relay a radio station on local network and I have a question: There is a way to send streaming from a mic (with butt) using same mount point that we are using for relay? Or some workaround for it like using fallback mount point? Azuracast can do it but the software have some bugs (in general usage) and I need a more fast solution for now.... Best regards.
