Hello. I'm using R 1.7.0 on win98 ver2. I erased all my previous versions of R, and install r 1.7.0. When I write "library()" I receive on a separate pane all the lib in ver 1.7.0, and the following msg "Warning message: library 'C:/Program Files/R/rw1051/library' contains no package in: library()" Where is this msg coming from?? I'm rebroadcasting a realplayer stream and there are two problems. The icecast2 sounds tinny and its delayed something like 3secs. Any advice to perhaps use speex as it's talk radio? I have some speech encoded at 140 kbps that I would like to have encoded at 40-60 kbps instead. I could just convert the file to wav and re-encode the file, but I seem to recall that ogg-files very easily can be converted to lower bitrates (something with cutting off the last bits).
