Lets do a 1.3.2 release
HI all, I think its time for a new release. The current code base is stable and I've been building it for x86_64/linux, powerpc/linux, armhf/linux, x86_64/darwin in a Jenkins build bot. I'm pretty sure others have been building regularly on their platforms of interest. I made a first pass on an update to the changelog.html. I' also putting toether a release checklist that I will add

FLAC 1.3.1 changelog?
As we?re talking 1.3.1 release, I?ve been keeping track of a couple of changes that I feel should be included in the changelog and that I might as well share here. The things between brackets are just to refresh memories, I?d leave them out of the actual changelog. * Improved efficiency of 24 bit decoding. 1.3.2 News announcement
If I recall correctly, with the release of 1.3.1 there were a few days between the version being released and the News and Changelog appearing on the site. This caused a number of sites to report the release without mentioning all the improvements in the update. Can I suggest that this time we publish the Changelog and News update immediately after uploading the final version? The Changelog is

Parts of the standard not supported in reference decoder?
I am working on creating a set of FLAC files for a ?decoder compliance test corpus? and am looking for examples of things that are part of the standard but not supported in the reference decoder. I am not looking for things missing from the reference encoder (such as variable block sizes). I seem to recall someone on this list (most likely lvqcl or Martijn van Beurden) mentioning something about

Newbie - Encoding PCM
Hi all, i've to encode voice from a voicemodem. I choose speex 1.0.5 for its quality in voice encoding. I've tried to implement an encoder but unsuccesfully. Here's my code: /* ============ SPEEX stream ENCODER ============================================ */ int SPEEX_EncodePCM(struct _IDA_ClientSocket *IDA,char *buffer, unsigned char *PCM,int num_samples) { /* buffer point to the

Re: [Xen-changelog] Update linux sparse tree to subarch layout.
Looks like the subarch tree has been checked in. Does this mean 3.0.1 has been pushed out to include more? Or do we release 3.0.1 once the new tree is fully tested? Corrupted geo-replication CHANGELOG after running out of space in LVM thin pool.
Hi, I have a gluster cluster running with geo-replication. The volume that is being geo-replicated is running on a LVM thin pool. The thin pool overflowed causing a crash. I extended the thin pool LV and remounted which brought the volume back online and healthy. When I try to restart the geo-replication, I'm having the bricks that overflowed go to the Faulty state. The changes.log shows
