A program to do something I don't think can be done? Tricky. How about some examples of files that show problems? Here is a basic OggFlac track, as produced by the standard flac encoder. I've already implemented reading vorbis comments from FLAC files in 64-bit and it works without any issues. This now leave me a bit confused, since it should have issues(!). If you try to add some tags to file, and padding field is not big enough, padding size doesn't get increased automaticly, so you receive an error about corrupted file (tried both with foobar2k and metaflac).
