v1.1.5 release candidate
http://dovecot.org/tmp/dovecot-1.1.5-rc.tar.gz
I thought about making v1.1.5 release today, but then thought maybe I'll
make an RC instead since I did quite a lot of changes this weekend. So
please try and see if there are any bugs left. I'll make the final
release in a couple of days.
The largest changes since v1.1.4:

Speex Resampler quality
Hi,

of silly things."
Can you provide me links for any more effective tools other than PEAQ?
Which is more reliable for Speex resampler?
*
*"strongly suspect that it's just not compensating for the delay
introduced by the resampler. Because higher quality means higher delay,
you'd find that PEAQ

[LLVMdev] Virtual Register allocation across functions
Is there currently a way to have virtual register allocation information
be saved across functions so that if I create a new virtual register in
a function that it doesn't use a virtual register allocated in any
previous function?
Thanks,

No further information has been added on the status of this bug. Can
we please get a justification in the bug report of why this is being
tagged ?lenny-ignore??

[LLVMdev] Virtual Register allocation across functions
No, there isn't something like that right now. What are you trying to
accomplish?
If you wish to implement this, it shouldn't be hard to do. Right now,
MachineRegisterInfo re-starts virtual register number at
TargetRegisterInfo::FirstVirtualRegister. You can add a mechanism to
change that to a variable instead.

Wouldn't it be slightly cleaner to mark the distinct objects in the
LLVM intermediate representation? This would make the default

Finding the correct ext3-fs dm/LVM?
I'm getting ext3-fs maximal mount count warnings on logical volumes that
are regularly mounted und unmounted for backup. Of course, I can just
tune2fs all of them to stop that. But, if I wanted to find out for
instance which one "dm-16" is, how do I do that?

Using allow_nets
Hi,
I'm wanting to implement allow_nets so that some users can be limited to
only use webmail while others can use client or webmail access.
Adding the sql to pull a list of IPs/ranges for webmail only users was easy
enough. For the users that are allowed to access from anywhere, do I need to
specify 0.0.0.0/0 or something or can I just let the sql query return a
blank field?
Thanks

Samba 3.2.4
I have downloaded the source code to my AIX 5.3 server and have compiled it. I'm trying to mount some dfs windows shares to my unix/AIX server using samba. However, I think I'm looking for a smbmount command so that I can mount these shares on my AIX server. I ran the configure command with the -with-smbmount option, but I just don't see the smbmount command at all. What am I missing

How can wine be available for all users?
I'm using kubuntu 8.04 and I'm able to run three programs that I installed but another user can't. Is there any way to make .wine available for all users? I thought about copying .wine to wine in /usr/lib/wine or /usr/bin/wine.
