Hai Guys, The Ubuntu Bionic packages are now also available, ( updating repo in about 5 min ) New: added i386 support for bionic. The following has been done: Ubuntu Bionic samba 4.10 amd64/i386 : Updated from 4.10.2 to samba 4.10.4. Hi Louis, Thanks a lot for providing that service. I do have unattended-upgrades active, but it didn?t pull your new version. I guess it is because your repository is not listed as a repo to be considered for automated upgrades, but I am struggling with what exactly into the list Unattended-Upgrade::Allowed-Origins. I tried "deb:bionic-samba410"; but that didn?t do the trick... Thanks,

Hai, Well, not exactly, if you coming from source builds. In that case is suggest. Pick a repo line matching your self compiled samba. If thats a 4.9, choose the 4.9 repo line to add to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/van-belle.list file. Stop the self compiled samba version. Disable starting the selfcompiled samba. Reboot you server to make sure nothing has openfiles, or check this manualy.

Hi, short question - when running "samba -V" I recieve a version of: Version 4.10.2-Ubuntu But my OS running is Debain 9.8 (stretch) amd64. My entry within sources.list is: deb http://apt.van-belle.nl/debian stretch-samba410 main contrib non-free Is this correct / wanted behavior (that version reporting back is 'Ubuntu' even for debian)? I think within the last version
