ATI Radeon 4250 in Dual Head Config?
My xorg.conf foo is pretty weak today.
Does anyone have an ATI 4250 in a dual head config? I'd be interested
in looking over your xorg.conf.

p.s. Mine at the moment, that doesn't work very well:

Question about GIT repository
Hello, just a question, I can't see a core "release-2.3.6" branch, nor a
pigeonhole "release-0.5.6" branch on the GIT repository, it is outdated?
or do you have changed your policy to create a new branch for each new
release of dovecot and pigeonhole?
Thanks and regards

Minor remark: please use -target instead of -ccc-host-triple that is
now deprecated.
Thanks for looking at this testcase.

Indeed, adding -ccc-host-triple arm-none-linux-gnueabi I also get
vectorization (even though I don't get vectorization when targeting
x86_64). I'll let you know what I find.

Winbind - wbinfo -u works, getent passwd only gives local users
I only have limited Samba experience, and expect this is a silly mistake, but
have been unable to find a solution
I have installed Samba and Winbind on my desktop Linux (Debian) machine
(SPARKSTONELX), aiming to unify logins with other windows machines accessing
the PDC, again samba/Debian, with tdbsam password backend. All is well,
joining the domain, and getting account details using wbinfo -u,

Winbind to a Samba 3.4 server
I thought I had setup winbind correctly as I can login to my ubuntu
9.04 machine with domain users, but I am trying to get ntlm working
with squid, and while testing winbind I get the following error.
sudo wbinfo -a MBAG\\user%passwd

I recently brought up our fifth Samba domain member server with
3.0.26a-0.9-1787-SUSE-SLES9 against an NT4 domain on a new subnet. The
subnet also has an NT4 BDC that is working correctly. Wbinfo and getent
both work properly but users can not get to the [homes] service but can
get to another share that is on the same system. If I setup a share

Converting integers to chars i.e 1 to "01"
Hello!
I am producing a set of images and I would like them to be sorted by names
I give. I was able to produce my names and add integer to them. That is
easy. But my problem lies in sort of file from this process:
figure_10.png
figure_11.png
figure_12.png
...
figure_1.png
figure_20.png
...
So I would like to convert integers to something like 01 if upper limit for
this conert is 10 or 001

RPC fault code DCERPC_FAULT_OP_RNG_ERROR
I'm testing out a new Samba setup to hopefully replace my aging Win2k
domain. I've got some of it working:
- My PDC (shadow) seems to be working on the CASA domain with an LDAP
backend.
- nss_ldap and pam_ldap are working on shadow
- I can run wbinfo -u and get the user info from LDAP on shadow.
- I can run wbinfo -a username%password and authenticate a user on shadow.
I can run

file command returns incorrect MIME type?
Here's the problem:
[ben at kepler tmp]# file -i presentation.ppt
presentation.ppt: application/msword
I see lots of references to this problem, (EG: IMP, PHP bug, etc) all of which
conclude, in various forms, "the problem is in your /usr/share/magic.mime, go
away". But nowhere (that I've been able to find) is there actually a solution
- and even the magic.mime file from
