OK. "net cache flush" worked (dunno why a restart isn't equivalent, but hey). So let's start peeling back other issues! MFC ZFS: when?
In several of the recent ZFS posts, multiple people have asked when this will be MFC'd to 7.x. This query has been studiously ignored as other chatter about whatever ZFS issue is discussed. So in a post with no other bug report or discussion content to distract us, when is it intended that ZFS be MFC'd to 7.x?

Successes an failures with Samba 4.3.9 and FreeBSD-10.3
So... I've been running Samba 3.6 for too long and I upgraded. I did save my packages for 3.6, but I don't _think_ I'm going back. Points for the group: - Samba 4.4.x is broken on FreeBSD. I forget exactly, but it seems to be a known problem (tm), so I'll move on. - Whether I use BIND9_DLZ or I use SAMBA_INTERNAL, samba_dnsupdate complains. Strange thing, tho: all

ActiveRecord 2.1 Migration support
Hi all, I am in the process of adding Migration support to the Ingres ActiveRecord adapter and have run in to a problem. During the call to create_table the Ingres adapter some how causes ruby to blow the stack and coredump/segv. I have tracked down the problem down to "add_column_options!" in "lib/active_record/connection_adapters/abstract/schema_statements.rb".

(no answer)
I have never taken a statistics class nor read a statistics text, but I am in dire need of help with a trivial data analysis problem for which I need to write a report in two hours. I have spent 10,000 hours of study in my field of expertise (high frequency noise-making plant biology) but I've always thought that statistics is something that can be mastered on short notice. Briefly, I have

[LLVMdev] [RFC] Requiring python 2.6
Currently lit on windows will not work with python 3 because the internal shell has code like except OSError, e: and in python 3 one has to use except OSError as e: But that only works on python 2.6 and newer. So the question is: any objections to dropping support for python 2.5? Python 2.6 was released 01-Oct-2008, so it should be available everywhere. Cheers, Rafael
