Hello, everyone I edit the lp_load() of the samba source that this fuction may modify the smb.conf sometimes. How can I let all the samba daemons know that? Restarting samba service may cause all link break up. Thanks! It will transfer the ids of idmap.ldb of the schema master DC into the rfc2307. All secondary DCs will replicate this by DRS. All I'm missing is to get the max uid/gid out of idmap.ldb to know what id will be used next. It's not that important but not irrelevant. Anyone knows where to find it? Am 11. Hi, I use samba on Linux 2.6 and 2G over size file sharing. It seems smbmount '-o lfs' need to use with large file. but default man page doesn't say this option.
