User's DPAPI/backupkey protected data lost when changing domain password
Is there a corresponding bug number for the Samba bugzilla so that I can track when this is fixed for vanilla samba? User's DPAPI/backupkey protected data lost when changing domain password
After a user changes their password (CTRL-ALT-DEL) in our Samba 4 domain (4.1.12) they lose access to any stored passwords on their Windows PC. I've set the log level in smb.conf to 4 and enabled the GPO to record DPAPI log entries in Windows to get the below log data. My reading of the two is that the Windows PC believes it is failing to reset the access to its DPAPI store (where the saved

Missing entries in idmap.ldb
Hello all, When I run ldbedit on idmap.ldb some of my SIDs seem to be missing. climstats
I have been trying to download the climstats package: https://r-forge.r-project.org/R/?group_id=861 but it doesn't seem to run on R 3.0.2 or 3.0.1 and the zipfile is empty. Does anyone know the status of this package or where I can download it. nlme predict with se?
I am trying to make predictions with se's using a nlme (kew11.nlme below). I get an error indicating levels for a factor are not allowed. I have searched and read Rnews, MEMSS, MASS, R-Help, and other lists in Spanish where I found questions similar to mine but not solution. I do not really care about the method used. Any suggestions to obtain predictions with se's from an nlme

Multiple lattice plots on a page: aligning x-axes vertically
Dear R-help, I am creating a two lattice plots (a densityplot() and xyplot()) that have the same x-axes and then 'printing' them onto the same page, one above the other (see end of email for an example to generate the graph). With different labels on the y-axis for each plot the left spacing is different, and the x-axes don't align vertically. Although I can manually modify the

No domain server was available to validate your password.
Hi all, I have a strange problem with the Samba server as PDC. I periodically get the error message "No domain server was available to validate your password". But, at other times it would login fine and execute the login scripts to handle all the map drives. I don't have the slightest clue where the problem is. When the problem arise, I don't even need to do anything about it.

[PATCH] drm/<drivers>: Constify struct drm_driver
Only the following drivers aren't converted: - amdgpu, because of the driver_feature mangling due to virt support - nouveau, because DRIVER_ATOMIC uapi is still not the default on the platforms where it's supported (i.e. again driver_feature mangling) - vc4, again because of driver_feature mangling - qxl, because the ioctl table is somewhere else and moving that is maybe a bit too

Simple directory question
Folks, I've been running an icecast server for about a year, and never really had the chance to test it out on the other side of our Internet link. We've had a lot of people trying us out, but very short connect times in the whole. I finally got a cable modem at home, tried having a listen, and found the stream to be very stuttery. So, first things first, I went and grabbed the
