SSH and trademarks
Dear SSH community, It has been brought to my attention that is has been disputed whether the term "SSH" can be used freely as a term to describe implementations compatible with the "SSH" protocols, due to trademark issues. In particular, the owner of the "SSH" trademark argues that implementations compatible with the "SSH" protocols shall no longer be

Delivering locally through the Submission Server

Please read the reported bug and bjorn answer.. which does not help any to a solution of fix, or explenation. But the big question now is, does someone somewhere know what bjorn is talking about. i did search for "gencache" but no go here.. just from old documentation. https://www.samba.org/samba/docs/man/Samba-HOWTO-Collection/tdb.html gencache.tdb Generic caching database.

Restricting sending mail to domain or group

Do you have a means to identify "some suitable account was used" - as opposed to a trivially forged sender address - *other* than by watching the actual MUA-to-MSA

[Fwd: [Fwd: Re: : Win XP Client does not remove directories]]
Hi @all, Can someone please just confirm me, that Samba doesn't remove a directory in case of a "SET_FILE_INFO"-Request for this directory? The following abstract is out of an Ethereal-Log and shows a SET-FILE-INFO-Request for a directory: ############################################################################ No. Time Source Destination

Denoiser level and AEC problem
Hello, Is it possible to adjust the level of the denoiser ? In an old beta, before you change the aggressiveness of the denoiser, it works very well with the noise of a car, a road etc... but not now. The AEC too works very well in a old beta, but now, I think there is a problem... I have tested it with the same sound card (WB 16000). In any case, your project is the best VOIP library in this

[Fwd: Re: : Win XP Client does not remove directories]
Hello Mailinglist, I still have the problem, which is described in my first and second post with this topic, that i sometimes can't delete directories on the Samba-Server from WinXP machines. I can't send my Ethereal-Logs to the list, but i send them to Jeremy, who never answered me anyway. If anyone can help me or would like to see the Ethereal-Logs, with the fact, that Windows

Denoiser level and AEC problem
Hello, The denoiser was good with a car noise or a raod noise before the r11739. But for some situation, the actual version is perfect. That's why I think that if we can adjust the agressivity of the denoiser, we can respond to all of the situations. Maybe two parameters should be enough : high or low. For the AEC, I have to test with older versions because it's another person that

build postfix spec w/ mysql
hello list! I am attempting to build an rpm of postfix that includes support for mysql. I've done this before with earlier versions on postfix but I am staring at this spec file until my eyes bleed and I just don't see why when I build the spec with rpmbuild mysql support isn't there. After I install the rpm I have a look at the modules as such: ldd $(which postfix) | grep -i

sendmail & mail() in php
Hello everyone, I tried to configure sendmail so that I can use mail() in php. I don't host my email server, my ISP does. I just want to configure sendmail so that it uses external email server (my ISP) to send mail. When I executed mail(), i got no error report from php. I checked /var/log/maillog and it indicated that the message was accepted for delivery. However, it didn't
