moving only new mails from one server to another
Hello,
I think it is not really the right place to post about that, but lot of
dovecot experts there ;)
Basically, I have a server with dovecot 2.2.9 that has new (unread)
mails? (because of a bad DNS config at a migration time).
Is there an easy way to move only these unread mails to a another server
? (no perms trouble here : all vmail:vmail)
Though to iterate through all

Email Server Backup Strategy
Hello,
Was thinking it would be wise to backup my server, in case anything
"bad" ever happened, so that I could quickly get up to speed.
1. clone the whole drive -- which might be the best to ensure I keep the
whole system working.
2. But, what about, if I just wanted to backup my Email server
components? Postfix - which I think is just config files, and Dovecot -
I think there is a

power on settings after a power failure

Can I set any UPS to only provide power after the battery is charged
to a certain level?
Or better yet, a certain length on consecutive time when the power has
been on.
I'd be worried about flapping, where the power goes on and off.

Can you try something very simple - unplug the cable, and plug it back
in, while the TV is on, and set to the HDMI input? That should ensure
that the SCDC write can go through at modeset time.
You can also force nouveau to avoid any modes that require scrambling
by booting with nouveau.hdmimhz=340.

My UPS has an LCD that says the battery is 100% and the estimated run
time is 12min.
The uspc has similar results.
The problem is when line power is lost the UPS batter goes to 0% very
quickly (seconds).
It charged to 85% when power was restored.
86-100% is slower.
I did:
$ upscmd desktop_ups test.battery.start.deep

Now the ups.test.result says there is a

I have a Gigabyte GeForce 1050 connected by DVI to a monitor (1920x1200
resolution @ 59.9502 Hz) and a TV via HDMI (3840x2160 @30 Hz).
The problem is the TV used to work at 59.9685 Hz but then it started
showing "No signal" on the TV.
I was changing settings trying to get it to work again and I happened to
change it to 30Hz and it worked.

Was /etc/nut/upssched-cmd automatically installed?
I don't have it on my raspberry pi. :-(

libva problem?
I am playing videos from my lubuntu computer to my tv through the hdmi
interface on my video card.
It mostly works.
Some sound doesn't and I think it is related to the audio code.
A52 Audio (aka AC3) (a52) works.
It seems MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a) doesn't work.
I checked a video that used to work and it doesn't work now.
It has the mp4a codec also.
The one that used to work shows this in

Not true anymore I guess.
What is the 'GP' in 'GP107' if 'NV...' are the code names?
