dsync dovecot / Failed connection refused
Hello, I might be wrong, but the port which will be used for the replicator port is the value of 'doveadm_port' which in your case is 4711. dsync dovecot / Failed connection refused
Dear all, I am using VMWare and I have cloned my emails server. Now I do have two identicals servers, both running the same version of dovecot (2.2.13) and imap. Let's call them: server1.domain.ltd and server2.domain.ltd. I would like to sync both server using dsync. Dovecot is working well except concerning the sync. dsync config server1.domain.ltd # Enable the replication plugin

Hi Mike, Is the value of the 'doveadm_port' if I am choosing: mail_replica = tcp:server1.domain.ltd no ? I might be wrong too ;) Thx Le mardi 24 janvier 2017 ? 11:41:28, vous ?criviez : > Hello, > I might be wrong, but the port which will be used for the replicator > port is the value of 'doveadm_port' which in your case is 4711. > Mike; > On 01/23/2017

Dovecot Quota and subject utf-8
Hi. When a user is over quota and a message is rejected, it sends a message back changing partially the subject (depending on the size). With utf-8 it breaks the information, we noticed this behavior when the subject line uses utf-8 and it is broken in more than one line: Subject: Qu?m cas? erat vim id, vix ?n dicit put?nt, minim ??nsequuntur ea i?s. Agam cet?ro t? e?s, ?d vim ipsum tant?s

dsync crash
Hello, I am getting a persistent seg fault while trying to sync our server to a new location. We are on 2.2.33.2, due for an upgrade but we have used dsync successfully in the past. In fact, we used it to populate this same instance. So I hope this is just a configuration issue. My logs are being filled with these errors:: 2019-07-10T08:29:53-04:00 localhost dovecot: [ID 583609 mail.crit]

How to dsync mdbox compressed to maildir uncompressed
Hello, we are using doveadm sync to export mdbox to maildir format, so we can use an external tool to convert into an pst file. Since we have enabled zlib compression doveadm sync always exports the maildir gzip compressed. Are there any ways to prevent the doveadm sync to export the maildir compressed ? Have tried this: doveadm -o "maildir_copy_with_hardlinks=no" sync -u imap at

dimension trouble for a matrix
Dear R People: I'm having trouble with something that should be very simple. I'm setting up a matrix outside of a loop and writing items into it during the loop. Here is the output: > glob3b("sites.info") dim 27 3 [1] "/raid1/osg-app" Error in xy[i, ] : incorrect number of dimensions Here is the function: > glob3b function(xx) { x.df <-

Calling C Code from R
Hi R Users, Thanks in advance. I am using R-2.5.1 on Windows XP. I am trying to call C code (testCX1.C) from R. testCX1.c calls another C code (funcC1.c) and returning a value to testCX1.c. I like to have this value in R. My steps are below: 1. R CMD SHLIB testCX1.c funcC1.c (at command propmt) 2. It creates testCX1.dll with warning (but testCX1.dll works):

a kinder view of Type III SS
A young colleague (Matthew Keller) who is an ardent fan of R is teaching me much about R and discussions surrounding its use. He recently showed me some of the sometimes heated discussions about Type I and Type III errors that have taken place over the years on this listserve. I'm presumptive enough to believe I might add a little clarity. I write this from the perspective of someone old

package pls
Hi, For the package "pls", I need to understand the algorithm for "simpls.fit" for Partial Least Squares. I'm not sure if simpls.fit tries to find the weight vectors (loadings) to maximize which of the two: Cov(Xw, y) or maximize Cov^2(Xw,y)? Are these objective functions equivalent? (in some texts, they use the first and in other texts, they use the second obj.

[2.3.8] possible replication issue
Hi, some of our customers have discovered a replication issue after upgraded from 2.3.7.2 to 2.3.8. Running 2.3.8 several replication connections are hanging until defined timeout. So after some seconds there are $replication_max_conns hanging connections. Other replications are running fast and successful. Also running a doveadm sync tcp:... is working fine for all users. I can't see

(newbie) Weighted qqplot?
Folks, Normally, in a data frame, one observation counts as one observation of the distribution. Thus one can easily produce a CDF and (in Splus atleast) use cdf.compare to compare the CDF (BTW: what is the R equivalent of the SPlus cdf.compare() function, if any?) However, if each point should not count equally, how can I weight the points before comparing the distributions? I was thinking of

DSync replication error
Please tell me about Dsync replicator. The following are set to enable the "replication" plug-in /etc/dovecot/conf.d/10-mail.conf *---mail_plugins = notify replication---* And I made the following file /etc/dovecot/conf.d/30-dsync.conf *---service replicator { process_min_avail = 1} dsync_remote_cmd = ssh -l%{login} %{host} doveadm dsync-server

number to volume weighted distribution
Hi Petr, I think that Duncan suggests something like this: x<- c(rep(10,20), rep(300,5), rep(100, 10)) tx <- table(x) prop.x <- tx / sum(tx) vx <- as.integer(names(tx)) prop.wx <- tx * vx / sum(tx * vx) plot(ecdf(x)) plot(vx, cumsum(prop.x), ylim = 0:1) plot(vx, cumsum(prop.wx), ylim = 0:1) Best regards, Thierry ir. number to volume weighted distribution
Hi Duncan I tried Ecdf and/or wtd.quantile from Hmisc and it is working (probably). Ecdf(x, q=.5) Ecdf(x, weights=xw,col=2, add=T, q=.5) wtd.quantile(x) 0% 25% 50% 75% 100% 10 10 10 100 300 wtd.quantile(x, weights=xw, type="i/n") 0% 25% 50% 75% 100% 10.0000 138.8667 192.5778 246.2889 300.0000 But could you please be more specific in this? >

qqplot for count data
Dear list, I just tried to do the same thing, and did not find anything on a weighted qqplot. My weights are actually counts (positive integers). Here is a modification of qqplot, following Duncan Murdoch's suggestion. Any feedback would be welcome! Thanks, Jean-Christophe weighted.qqplot <- function (x, y, plot.it = TRUE, xlab = deparse(substitute(x)), ylab = deparse(substitute(y)),

Dsync replication - delayed replication (Sync lock)
Hi, *Our setup:* Two Debian 10 machines that are setup to replicate mail between them, we have round robin DNS setup so a user can connect to either server. *What should happen:* Mail is delivered to either server and replicated across straight away to their mailbox on the other server so it does not matter which one they are connected to they will receive it fairly soon after delivery.
