FW: quota-status service

The quota-status service is mentioned here: http://wiki.dovecot.org/Quota And an

autoexpunge clarification
Thanks Philon, I did read the extra bullets, as indicated in my email below. But your "When the user quits and thus closes his mailbox/connection" is more clear than "after the client is already disconnected", since the latter is really anytime, rather than at the time they quit. I can guess that the bulletin about LMTP similarly means at the end of each time LMTP delivers

Quota policy service not rejecting messages when user over quota
For some very odd reason, the quota-status service is failing to enforce quotas. Every other aspect of my configuration is working with absolutely no problems. When I attempt delivery via LTMP, the message is, as expected, rejected due to the user's inbox being full. root at smtp:/usr/local/etc/mail-config # nc -U /var/spool/postfix/private/dovecot-lmtp < 220 mx0.lottspot.com Dovecot

VS: Re: v2.2.22 release candidate released
In future release we will add master authentication too. Now you can use api key or doveadm password which are essentially same thing. ---Aki TuomiDovecot oy-------- Alkuper?inen viesti --------L?hett?j?: Peter Chiochetti <pch at myzel.net> P?iv?m??r?: 4.3.2016 20.20 (GMT+02:00) Saaja: dovecot at dovecot.org Aihe: Re: v2.2.22 release candidate released Am 2016-03-04 um 14:33 schrieb Timo

shared/public mailbox application
Thanks Tobias. Thanks for the detailed reply. I think I see what you?re doing. But I?m unclear on something (since I?m a nube): Can anyone send mail to NAME at domain.com <mailto:NAME at domain.com> and have it appear in the public mailbox? If not, would it be enough to create a userdb entry which defines a pseudo-user NAME, including its home directory, such that imcoming

autoexpunge clarification
I'm trying to understand autoexpunge, but the documentation is just not clear. Hopefully, someone can clear up a few questions. http://wiki.dovecot.org/MailboxSettings says the following: autoexpunge=<time>: (v2.2.20+) Automatically at user deinitialization expunge all mails in this mailbox whose saved-timestamp is older than <time> (e.g. autoexpunge=30d). This removes the

Darwinian software development and the library function
Hi all, Legend has it, that polite R programmers don't overwrite, say, the print function. However, this seems quite un-Darwinian to me (especially given that I don't want to call all my arguments x and y). I might want a function print.foo (myfoo, ...). So I decided to be very impolite (in one of my packages) and overwrite a few standard generics. Plus, to the best of my knowledge it

Ubuntu 16.04 dovecot-core requires deprecated ntpdate

shared/public mailbox application
Hi Michael, we migrated from Cyrus Shared Folders to Dovecot Public Folder. Our setup with Dovecot: - Public Namespace type=public - prefix=NAMESPACE - location=maildir:/var/vmail/public/domain.com/folder:INDEXPVT=~/public/domain.com/NAME - list=children to show NAMESPACE only if acl is given - Restart Dovecot - cd /var/vmail/public/domain.com/NAMESPACE - mkdir .NAME - We utilise one user

controlling STARTTLS by IP address
On my POP3 server, I need to be able to control the use of STARTTLS by client IP address. Specifically: * Clients on certain internal subnets (e.g., 192.168.1.0/24) must not have the option to use TLS. If the client tries to use STARTTLS, the option should be rejected. This is to satisfy US FCC rules regarding the use of encryption over certain radio frequencies. * All other internal clients

shared/public mailbox application
Basically we alias NAME at domain.com to doveadm at domain.com. doveadm@ has a sieve-Script which files into the public folder. You could also configure a postfix transport which does the job. Its necessary to overlook the whole process chain to properly configure everything. And a lot of try out :) On 29 Nov 2016, at 6:34, Michael Fox wrote: > Thanks Tobias. Thanks for the detailed reply.

NHW Project - some update
Hello, I don't have advanced on the NHW Project this past month, but I have definitely validated its characteristics and this new version. The NHW Codec preserves or enhances image neatness and sharpness, which translates that on good quality images the NHW Codec is globally better than HEVC, and on degraded (with blur, artifacts) images it is worse than HEVC because it lacks of precision. I

Reading data
Hi User's, This might be a simple question but it is giving me a hard time as I am a new user. I installed R version 2.9.2 (2009-08-24) 1. I just copied a short script from Fox (2002) as a practice and wanted to save it as Rossi.R. The system saved it without complain but when I looked at using a windows explorer it is not *.R file but only Rossi. Why this is happening? 2. the script

I'm not sure what the confusion or concern is. The intention is to use non-plaintext (but technically not encrypted) authentication without TLS over ham frequencies. Hashed challenge/response

New Memory Allocation
In Syslinux-5.00, is the goal that the core and .c32 modules alike will use the same heap? There is a bug I am thinking about: - QEmu with 1024 MiB RAM - Syslinux 4.06 - .c32 can realloc() up to 1013 MiB - QEmu with 1024 MiB RAM - Syslinux 5.00-pre9 - .c32 can realloc() up to 45 MiB I am wondering if there's a maximum-allocation-size being hit, or if it's actually a bug I should look

"TipsAndTricks/ApacheVhostDir" changes for virtual host source files
I see someone has noticed my lack of suggestions or recommendations for placement of virtual host source files... Since there are many places to put virtual host source files, I had intentionally avoided the discussion due to the complexities and to keep the document restricted to a single topic. I had planned to create a separate document devoted to the discussion. Specifically, there
