Dovecot FTS Sor Error
Hi,
I have been trying to get fts solr to work for a while.
Keep getting the error below(was wondering if this was schema related?)

doveadm(thai at sicl.net): Error: fts_solr: Indexing failed: Server Error
Below is from the apache solr output log:-
Appreciate if someone can confirm the cause of this error.
Thanks

Help with installing Apache Solr with Dovecot 2.2
Dear Marc,
Thanks for your feedback!
1. I store it in MySQL.
2. I will add a cronjob to run Solr if I can figure out why its not working
on test runs. Maybe I might try to setup a cronjob for solr to avoid having
to manually start it everytime.
3. Will turn on the mail_debug in dovecot.conf . Where will it log the
problems?
Thanks
Kevin

Dovecot Master User: Access user's mailbox without owner's password
Sounds a lot like my problem, which I described some days ago here on
the list, but no luck. Please report to the list if you make any progress.

dsync error: Error: Can't delete mailbox INBOX: INBOX can't be deleted.
Hello,
I'm aware of these two threads
http://www.dovecot.org/pipermail/dovecot/2012-March/thread.html#134311
http://dovecot.org/pipermail/dovecot/2012-June/thread.html#136488
but unfortunately I wasn't successful with my dsync mailbox migration attempt despite the information I could find there. I'm using iRedMail setup for the dovecot server. I made sure that the dovecot mailbox

Marcio,
Looking at your passdb { } block, you don't have the "result_sucess =
continue" option.

Dovecot Master User: Access user's mailbox without owner's password
Hi, I hope you're all right. I describe below the scenario where the
problem occurs.
I'm trying to activate a master user [1] to be able to access all the
boxes of all users by imap.
I have configured the dovecot-master-users [2] file with the
appropriate permissions.
When I try to access, for example with roundcube, through

Help with voicemail
I'm looking to use * for a HQ/branch office topology with fairly few calls

I'm looking at a distributed architecture so users are somewhat functional

pop3 mailbox mirroring issues using dsync
Hello,
I have setup v2.2.12 to mirror mailboxes between our main mail server
(vmail.example.com) and a failover server (vmail1.example.com).
The problem I have is the behavior of mailboxes used on the main server
(*vmail*) over POP3. I have setup an IMAP account on the failover server
(*vmail1*) on such a mailbox: the mailbox is used on vmail using POP3
and the same is monitored on vmail1

Selinux is in permissive.
If I do:
(vmail1 pts9) # ll /proc/self/io
-r-------- 1 root root 0 Jul 30 15:27 /proc/self/io
(vmail1 pts9) #
It is obvious to me why

moving /var/vmail/vmail1 Maildir tree to another partition?
I have a small Postfix/Dovecot/MariaDB on Centos 7 with a dozen virtual
domains, I'm running out of space in /var but got space
can I simply move the entire /var/vmail/vmail1 tree elsewhere ?
like say /vmail/vmail1
is it as simple as shutting Dovecot/Postfix, move tree, edit conf and re
start ?
or am I missing something ..? or is the a better way of doing this ?
# grep 'var/vmail'

# dovecot --version

works OK, but, noticed some sql and index.cache errors
what am I missing ?
only noticed this one so far

ot: copy physical mail files ?
dumb question warning:
I have two email accounts, me at tld1 and me at tld2
often, get emails intended (by me) for me at tld2 sent to me at tld1
this is purely for my own preferred record keeping preference,
as I run the server, is it 'a really bad things' if I simply copy relevant
mail files from
/var/vmail/vmail1/tld1..../cur to /var/vmail/vmail1/tld2.../cur ?

Thai keyboard input does not work
Hello *,
I'm currently migrating a friend to Kubuntu 7.10. He's forced to use a service which works with IE only (no other browser can display their website). Fortunately, IE6 works with Wine (I used ies4linux 2.99.0 (http://www.tatanka.com.br/ies4linux) to set it up), but unfortunately only with the English keyboard layout: When we switch to Thai (KDE shortcut Ctrl-Alt-K), the focused

compiled, there is no dovecot.svbin created in

what am I missing, how to check ?
also, looking at sieve.log, I see a lot of

here, not running a standalone webserver/proxy in front of solr.
webui's provided by the built-in.
