[LLVMdev] LLVM/LLVA on IMSYS WISC CPU
There is a strange Writable Instruction Set Computing CPU from Imsys (Sweden) based on FPGA. Is it possible to setup the IMSYS CPU for running applications based on LLVA/LLVM? Thank you. Swedish microprocessor developer Imsys Technologies has released three devices in its reconfigurable family of processors. Unveiled at the Microprocessor Forum in San Jose, each device combines the processor with

*Sort of Commercial* TracFone's $45 unlimited offer to 'stun' rivals
Great for Chan_Mobile and GSM modem for SMS in Kannel or if Asterisk supports SMS over GSM modem. I know chan_mobile had SMS in the future at one point but have not revisited the project since. "America Movil's MVNO TracFone Wireless quietly unveiled a prepaid, nationwide unlimited offering for $45 per month that includes unlimited text messaging and 30 MB of data."

Last login tracking with login_executable
Hi, I'm using Dovecot 1.2.14, and I've read PostLoginScripting on the wiki. Is there any way to make Dovecot use the same username/password for database access as userdb and passdb queries? Specifying the password with -p doesn't seem like a good idea, so I'm wondering if it can be handled by Dovecot directly. Or is it possible to track last logins with a plugin similar to

Problem with ACLs
Hi, i want to use unix groups in my ACLs. http://wiki2.dovecot.org/ACL says, I can do that with a post-login script (http://wiki2.dovecot.org/PostLoginScripting). I have verified, that the script is running, and that ACL_GROUPS is correct. But I still can't access the Mailbox. Logfile says: Dec 3 11:19:35 mailint1 dovecot: imap(micha): Debug: acl vfile: reading file

imap-postlogin and doveadm
We are configuring location= running a bash-script during imap-postlogin setting $MAIL in $USERDB_KEYS, as described in wiki/PostLoginScripting.txt This works fine. However, running a command like 'dovadm index [-u user] folder' only works for users with settings that match the default in mail_location= Would it be possible to make the location available for doveadm in a similar way,

Stories VS Scenarios
Hi all, I have read Dan North''s post ''Whats in a Story?'' (http://dannorth.net/whats-in-a-story) but I am still having a hard time knowing when I should break requirements up into separate stories or keep them as scenarios. I am currently trying to write a story (stories) for the registration process of a site. The registration process is a multistep process that

R seven years ago
Hello everyone, As some may know, today Google unveiled its 2001 search index [1]. I was curious to see how was R like at that time, and was not disappointed. Compared to today's main page [2], seven years ago the page looked [3] a bit rudimentary, especially the graphic. (It is wort noting that structurally the pages are very similar.) What definitely changed is the `Contributed

ACL Groups
From the wiki: ACL groups support works by returning a comma-separated acl_groups extra field <http://wiki2.dovecot.org/UserDatabase/ExtraFields> from userdb, which contains all the groups the user belongs to. User's UNIX groups have no effect on ACLs (you can "enable" them by using a special post-login script <http://wiki2.dovecot.org/PostLoginScripting>).

Log authentication attempts
Hi everyone, We are running Dovecot 2.2.9 as a primary IMAP server. Also we use Dovecot SASL for SMTP authentication. Because we are building some monitoring application, we will need to record all failed and successful login attempts. We need to record remote IP, entered password in plain text, and if possible whether auth request is for SMTP or IMAP session. I checked

Execute a script from dovecot when authentication fails
Hello, My name is Noury, and I?m new here. I?ve been using dovecot IMAP for years, but I want to do now some extra things. I want to call a script from within dovecot, to build a suspicious IP addresses list when authentication fails. I have tried the PostLoginScripting technic. It works fine but it doesn?t suit my needs. The script executes only after a successful login. I want to execute my

Yahoo! User Interface Libraries
Yahoo! recently unveiled their UI Libraries which appear to provide a lot of the functionality that script.aculo.us and prototype does. I''ve tried some of the demos and the effects run quite smooth/fast. Could be an opportunity for us to adapt some ideas/approaches to improve. http://developer.yahoo.net/yui/

Re: Sessioned R web interfaces
Frank, Both RZope and Rho solve this problem. RZope (http://www.analytics.washington.edu/statcomp/projects/rzope/)solves it by using *nix's fork command, which takes as much time as a memcopy. Rho(http://rho-project.org) solves it by maintaining a pool of idling R processes, which it maintains active & can pull to do a calculation immediately. Both of these are pretty

couting events by subject with "black out" windows
I large datset that includes subjects(ID), Dates and events that need to be counted.  Not every date includes an event, and I need to only count one event per 30days, per subject.  So in essence, I need to create a 30-day "black out" period during which time an event cannot be "counted" for each subject.  The reason is that a rule has been set up, whereby a subject can only be

a simple Asterisk AMI interface with Delphi (or Lazarus+FreePascal)
Hi Everyone, Those of you who have a simple home-based Asterisk box might be interested in a "simple" Win32 (Win2K or WinXP) interface to the AMI manager. The quick-start versions merely require unzipping with NO Installation - hence, NO Uninstall (i.e., no registry writes at any time by the install nor by the program). (Unfortunately) the INSTALL version does write to the
