Firefox and Thunderbird freeze/crash followed by "nfs4_reclaim_open_state: Lock reclaim failed!" syslog messages
Hi, since I updated my workstation from CentOS 7.4 to 7.5, Firefox and Thunderbird (both 52.8.0, from CentOS repos) regularly freeze (or crash) and cannot be restarted afterwards. Trying to start them results in a "Bus error (core dumped)" (Firefox) and "Killed" (Thunderbird). The system log then shows: kernel: NFS: nfs4_reclaim_open_state: Lock reclaim failed!

Failed to terminate process X with SIGKILL: Device or resource busy
Hi, I'm using libvirt/kvm with openstack. When vm has CPU stall, the instance can't be destroyed. I have asked the question on openstack user mailing list and received no answers in weeks. Here is one example: # virsh destroy instance-00000085 error: Failed to destroy domain instance-00000085 error: Failed to terminate process 61222 with SIGKILL: Device or resource busy

Firefox and Thunderbird freeze/crash followed by "nfs4_reclaim_open_state: Lock reclaim failed!" syslog messages
I was afraid someone would say that :-). I am currently at 3.10.0-862.3.2 and downgrading to a 3.10.0-6xx kernel breaks some of the other packages. Is the mentioned bug documented somewhere? Hi, Hope someone has come across this problem and know the solution. I have the following computing environments: 1. A CentOS Linux desktop user using LibreOffice. 2. A Window PC user using Microsoft Excel In the following situation Samba would freeze with a simple csv file. The csv file has only one line with a very simple content: 1,2,3 The steps to freeze Samba are as
