After restart, user's gnome autostart seems broken
Hello there, CentOS6.7 64-bit up-to-date running on my laptop.. This night I had to restart (did it properly). Since then, my ~/.config/autostart/ contains some new broken .desktop files and /var/log/messages complains: gnome-session[7280]: WARNING: Could not parse desktop file /home/wwp/.config/autostart/gnome-keyring-daemon.desktop: Key file does not have key 'Name'

CentOS7 gnome apps look in Mate
Hello there, using CentOS7 with Mate desktop.. when I run gnome apps, the mate look doesn't apply to them. Say that my mate theme is dark. I've even logged in my user in Gnome, set a dark theme too. But back to Mate, Gnome apps are still light-grey (default theme). Is there a gnome-settings daemon to start or what? Tk and Qt apps get the right (dark) theme automagically, BTW. Regards,

External vfat devices show uppercase filenames, how to change defaults for GNOME desktop?
Hello there! I've recently switched from Fedora 11 to CentOS6. Now my SD cards (automatically mounted on plug) contents is displayed as UPPERCASE filenames. I well see in mount's man that vfat's shortname option can be set to either lower, win95, winnt, mixed. OK, that's for entries in /etc/fstab or when mounting manually. I'd like to change the defaults for devices that

CentOS 7 system running out of available memory, then unusable, network interfaces probably involved
Hello, my CentOS 7 system goes unstable after few days of use, memory consumption growing and never getting freed, until the system slows down to hell (swapping), kills apps, and eventually freezes or reboots itself. This only happens when I have two network interfaces turned on, one wired and one wireless, each to different routers. The hardware: a Dell Precision 7530, SSD, 16GB RAM. HW memory
