CentOS and SL, together?

It's a Sun problem (a typical thorn for Red Hat in general), not a Red Hat one. > part of cluster suite for another, included. >

S or R used in natural language processing (NLP)?
Dear All, Does anyone use S or R for statistical natural language processing (NLP)? All I have found so far is a package called EMU (http://www.shlrc.mq.edu.au/emu/emu-splus.shtml) which is a speech wave-form processing package. What I'm looking for are routines to support text processing, text categorization, word sense disambiguation, text understanding etc. In particular, I would

The llva-emu code is extremely old and, as I recall, not very feature-filled. It was also done for a class project (I don't think it was used for the original LLVA publication, and it wasn't used for any of the subsequent LLVA/SVA publications

UBO support for nouveau broken
Hey guys, I'm using the dolphin emulator from time and the stable version works reasonable well with current nvidia cards and nouveau. The git version got an overhaul however and now uses opengl3 and ubos (without ubo it uses a glUniform fallback). The ubo support works with the blobs. There are probably a few bugs with ubo one might be because of ubo access+offset (glBindBufferRange) as this

Yes, I have tried these exact same settings, with the exception that we DO have a certificate so we don?t have to confirm certificate. [PATCH 0/6] i386 virtualization patches, Set 3
This round attempts to conclude all of the LDT related cleanup with some finally nice looking LDT code, fixes for the UML build, a bugfix for really rather nasty kprobes problems, and the basic framework for an LDT test suite. It is really rather unfortunate that this code is so difficult to test, even with DOSemu and Wine, there are still very nasty corner cases here - anyone want an iret to

[LLVMdev] LLVM virtual machine
Hi,Is there possible to run the llvm byte code purely interpreted with lli? I know there is this option but in the documentation is stated also that the option is not working and is not maintained. Did I understand wrong? Is it working? Is anyone working on this option? I would like to make something similar to q-emu or bochs. best regards, dacian -------------- next part -------------- An HTML

Prosodic/phonetic analysis with R
Hi Folks, I'm interested in looking (in a beginner's amateurish way) at prosodic/phonetic analysis of recorded speech. In particular I would want to use R to formulate and evaluate specific models. So I would like to ask R people for their recommendations for a program which would a) Take as input a sound file in one of the common formats (".wav", ".au") b)

Bug#289801: Logtail should output error messages to stderr, not stdout
Package: logtail Version: 1.2.33 Severity: normal Hi... Logtail should not output error messages to standard output, since this violates the principle of least surprise. In particular, my application was broken by the semantics of logtail changing in version 1.2.21 (when you added switches for the default arguments to logtail). I think this was a bad move -- you broke an interface used by

[xen-unstable] FATAL PAGE FAULT when shutting down guest with pci passthrough using MSI interrupts
Hi Jan, It seems the last changes to xen-unstable to implement multi-msi-irq''s cause some trouble. The guest starts and works fine. But it causes a xen crash when shutting the guest down. Conflicting parameters on qemu call
Hi Lists, I currently have the issue of wanting to use emu-system-x86_64 on a ppc64le platform. It is imperative to pass the "-accel tcg, thread=multi” parameter to qemu when starting an instance, as without that, it will only use one thread and hence of limited/no use. The problem is, that libvirt itself, passes “-machine q35,accel=tcg” to qemu, which is a different parameter, that

[PATCH 2/12] ldt-accessors
Introduce a write acessor for updating the current LDT. This is required for hypervisors like Xen that do not allow LDT pages to be directly written. Testing - here's a fun little LDT test that can be trivially modified to test limits as well. /* * Copyright (c) 2005, Zachary Amsden (zach@vmware.com) * This is licensed under the GPL. */ #include <stdio.h> #include <signal.h>
