package seriation- how to manage font size and label margin
Hello R experts, I am trying to use hmap from package seriation or bertinplot. I have two questions: How can I specify smaller font? I tried with pushViewport(viewport(layout=grid.layout(nrow = 1, ncol = 2), + gp = gpar(fontsize = 8))) but didn't work for the font with bertinplot. Also for hmap I need to arrange the margin so that all the labels are visible. I tried with par(mai=c(3,2,2,2)),

Hi all, (Sorry if the answer to this is obvious - and thanks in advance~) Short version: linker error of _backtrace from LLVMSystem.a building a dynamic library embedding LLVM/clang, both against the OSX 10.4 sdk. Long version: I've just tried rebuilding my project using the 2.6 release, using the following commands to try and force LLVM to build against the OSX 10.4 sdk (I am

[PATCH 7/7] v2v: add support for SUSE VMDP drivers
To add this support, the existing code searches for either the viostor or the VMDP (Virtual Machine Driver Pack) files and updates the registry accordingly. Note that VMDP's block driver pvvxblk depends on the ballooning driver pvvxbn. --- v2v/convert_windows.ml | 59 ++++++++++++++++++++------ v2v/windows_virtio.ml | 113 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++-------- 2 files changed,

[LLVMdev] Header Maps?
I'm battling with Xcode and Boost, so I apologize with the somewhat Xcode-specific parts of my question. I know Xcode generates Header Maps, and I've looked at clong::HeaderMap. But I don't really know how Xcode chooses to create Header Maps. I'm trying to avoid adding a search path for all of Boost, and only including the Boost headers that actually get used. Xcode seems to

correct C function usage
Hello, I am not sure if I am interfacing with C correctly and _safely_ or if there is a better way esp. with regards to terminating the "returned" array. I am trying to fill an int array with values whose actual size is determined in the C function and is always maximally as large as length(values). I also don't understand the purpose of $ab in the example: conv <- function(a,

trouble with custom type on 0.24.8
I''m having trouble getting a simple custom type to work. Clients are giving me the following error: "Could not retrieve catalog: Could not find resource type zypper_repo at /etc/puppet/manifests/nodes/mgt.pp:33 on node <host.fqdn>" The custom type is present in the /var/lib/puppet/lib/puppet/type directory on both clients and server (via pluginsync), but it''s

Looping through java hashmap from ruby through rjb
Greetings. I am trying to list all keys in a java.util.HashMap field. The Java code to do this looks like: # Collection c = hMap.values(); # # //obtain an Iterator for Collection # Iterator itr = c.iterator(); # # //iterate through HashMap values iterator # while(itr.hasNext()) System.out.println(itr.next()); So, I took a stab at the ruby version: # I have a java hashmap called fields

[PATCH 6/7] v2v: quiet virtio net and balloon devices wizards
Setting the ConfigFlags to 0x40 for those will make windows quiet at the first boot about those new devices. The wizard must not be presented to the user since the needed drivers will automatically be installed at firstboot... or worse, the wizard can even block the installer. --- v2v/windows_virtio.ml | 8 ++++++++ 1 file changed, 8 insertions(+) diff --git a/v2v/windows_virtio.ml

[PATCH 1/7] v2v: check next free oem%d.inf in /Windows/Inf
It seems that checking for oem%d.inf in the DeviceIds registry entry doesn't always list all oemXX.inf files. For example we may have oem1.inf free in the registry key, but used in another one. Also extract this into a separate function for later use to setup another driver. --- v2v/windows_virtio.ml | 52 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++------------------------- 1 file changed, 27 insertions(+),
