I use the included Notepad a lot. WINE used to save where I had re-sized and placed it, but now it does not. How do I save my re-size? Thank you.

Hello, finale notepad 2008 is a free (as in beer) score writer program which is fairly user-friendly. It can save scores in its own format and as a midi file. The problem is that the file dialog doesn't show any of the file types, it's all blank. It automatically saves in its own format, so I'm not lost, but it's just that saving to midi makes sharing my music easier. Wine

This may be a stupid question, but does anybody know why the Wine version of notepad won't run on Windows? I get the error that it is not a valid Win32 application when I try to run it. I compiled and installed wine 1.1.8 (from src from winehq) probably 4 months ago...ish. I never tried printing until today after I installed MathCAD.
