[PATCH] gpu/nouveau/nouveau_acpi.c: Fix Type Mismatch ACPI warning
Hello Marcos, I sent a serie a year ago to fix some of the ACPI handling in Nouveau and add runtime pm support for laptops with an Apple GMUX (see [0], and especially [1] and [2]). I was told that a more generic work for the runtime pm was in the work, so I let the whole serie slip away. I was thinking of resubmitting the serie without the runtime pm additions, to at least fix those warning/error

[PATCH] drm/nouveau: Do not show an error if the TMDS table pointer is invalid

Rails and decimal types mapped to float
Hi, I''m a brazilian developer, work in a hospital and we have a legacy database that we want to access via rails. Rails maps decimal types to float, and to circumvent this problem the suggestion one can find on the list is to represent decimal values as cents. That''s not applicable when you have to access a legacy database. I found two tickets 4274 and 4605 on rails trac,

install dovecot 2.2.35 debian jessie
Hey Aki Tuomi, how are you doing? I have tried many ways for getting 2.2.35 pre-built installed via 'apt-get install' in Debian Jessie and Stretch using the official repos. The reason I prefer to install pre-built instead of compiling it is because the I run it on dockers, so it's a lot easier and automated to just apt-get install it. I was using 2.2.31 devel in Debian Jessie, I

How to disable NTLM authentication on Samba
Forgive me if I have misundertood your words, but what I want is to prevent Samba from accepting NTLM(v1, v2, SSP, or whatever) and forwarding it, since SSSD does not support it. I am not trying to get SSSD to support any kind of NTLM. So, this would be a Samba issue, not SSSD's. Isn't that correct? Putting it in another words: what can I do (preferrably on the Samba server) to prevent

How to disable NTLM authentication on Samba
Whenever a client uses kerberos as authentication, it succeeds. Whenever a client uses NTLM as authentication, it fails (logs bellow) since SSSD can't support NTLM. Thus my question: what can I do to prevent NTLM from being used?? [LLVMdev] Is LLVM compatible with AMD?
Hi all! I'm getting starting with LLVM, and I'm creating a new cross-platform programming language LLVM-based with a Standard Library POSIX-based. The language has sintatic sugar of Object Pascal and Ruby. My doubt is if LLVM is compatible with AMD (e.g. Fusion), allowing so that my StdLib can be used to create Games, in future... How to disable NTLM authentication on Samba
The domain controler is Windows. The file Server is Linux/Samba. The clients are Windows. I've tested the access on a dozen different windows machines. Three of them used NTLM and failed. All the others used kerberos and succeeded. They're all in the same network, same domain. Maybe it's the windows version? But they're all Window 8 or 10, not a great deal of a difference between
