[PATCH] drm/nouveau/vdec: copy nvc0 bsp/vp/ppp to nv98
For NV98+, BSP/VP/PPP are all FUC-based engines. Hook them all up in the same way as NVC0, but with a couple of different values. Also make sure that the PPP engine is handled in the fifo/mc/vm. Signed-off-by: Ilia Mirkin <imirkin at alum.mit.edu> --- It seems like VP4.0 is basically working here... only mpeg2/vc1 work, but I'm pretty sure that's just a user-side issue. My guess is

About sockets in "CLOSING" state
Hi, I have met the problem: when I use the shaping discipline tc qdisc add dev ppp0 parent 1:2 tbf latency 50ms burst 1450 rate 50kbit one of my application (namely, "aMule") starts leaving sockets in "CLOSING" state. These sockets accumulate and do not disappear. Eventually I have so many of these dead sockets that the kernel warns "Out of socket memory" in

[PATCH] drm/nouveau/kms/gv100-: Re-set LUT after clearing for modesets
While certain modeset operations on gv100+ need us to temporarily disable the LUT, we make the mistake of sometimes neglecting to reprogram the LUT after such modesets. In particular, moving a head from one encoder to another seems to trigger this quite often. GV100+ is very picky about having a LUT in most scenarios, so this causes the display engine to hang with the following error code: disp:
