Trouble creating and adjacency matrix
Hello all, I'm having trouble creating an adjacency matrix. Basically, I need to turn the following distance matrix into an adjacency matrix based on whether values are >1.5 or not. If they are >1.5, then the returned value should be 0. If they are =<1.5, then the returned value should be 1. DistanceMatrix: A B C D E [1,]

KVM on top of BTRFS
What are the recommendations for running KVM images on BTRFS systems using kernel 3.4?  I saw older posts on the web complaining about poor performance, but I know a lot of work has gone into btrfs since then.  There also seemed to be the nocow option, but I didn''t find anything that said it actualy helped. Anybody have ideas? Thanks, Matt -- To unsubscribe from this list: send the line

Potential transient pre-echo reduction filter
Hey everyone. I've been designing my own audio codec with extremely strict decode-performance constraints (including a fixed block size), which led me to attempting a number of unorthodox things to squeeze as much quality as possible. One surprising thing I discovered just earlier today was an extremely cheap method of reducing pre-echo during transients, without using short blocks (and

Trying to run the latest version of dvdflick (http://www.dvdflick.net) results in the program freezing and having to be forcibly terminated. The only difference I can make out between the new version and the older betas is the GUI. At some point the GUI changed and is now using 'xp styles'. The last beta that I could get hold of which worked was 1.3.0 build 616 and that had the older

RFC: new variable battery.status

I have a Compaq R3000, I will get this patch integrated pronto and test Note that since the UPS relies on the voltage from the battery pack to determine state of charge, it is quite useful to add in the battery pack
