HI thanks for replying and helping. I've now ran the UPS down a few times from full charge to test and I don't think it's the batteries or a problem with the UPS itself. I can watch it go from 100% right down to 1% over 20 minutes etc and then the power gets so low that everything just powers off! I think it's down to Nut not actually shutting down my server that is my problem...

hello, I am planning a fairly large hotel VoIP system, using analog phones. It will consist of about 100 analog phones, that must have access to a VoIP server. Cheers, Trying to wrap my head around an issue discussed in https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/issues/1925 The gist of it is that despite the usbhid-ups driver running as `root` and seeing most of the regular run-time info, in the initial device search it fails to find basic matching info points - the device vendor, product and sernum strings: ```` 0.289953 [D2] Device does not match
