Help needed with NUT installation on Windows 10
First I have not worked with the Windows version at all. Just a note on drivers, did you look in device manager to see what it shows as the status on the device and it's driver? Have had issues with other gear and signed drivers. It may be Windows being overly protective. Hi, I''d like to create the following setup with RoR: www.mywebsite.com/subdir1/order/create www.mywebsite.com/subdir2/order/create I''d like both urls to call the same action in the same controller. Building a Search Page as part of CRUD
I''ve been experimenting with Rails over the past couple of days and have come across something that seems harder than it should be. In previous frameworks I have used (WebObjects, php) a full search page (which leads into a list view populated with search results) was part of the CRUD that was either dynamically or statically created after specifying table/object schema. Windows port
Hi! I would like to ask about current state of Windows port. Is it frozen? It will be cool to know the plans :) Where are a lot of Windows-branches at GitHub. What is the most actual one? The Windows builder looks like turned off, am I right that it is not available currently and where were no builds after version 2.6.5-6? I couldn't find any info about proper environment to build Windows

NUT start service problem
Hello, interesting to hear. What version of NUT, what way of installation on Windows, what sort of UPS (USB or some other)? Asking because this info is lacking and currently there are a few variants to consider: * an MSI package based on NUT v2.6.5 (last released about 9 years ago as "2.6.5-6"), * results of re-integration of that codebase into current NUT master (some months after

Windows Version not working --
Good evening, Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.. I downloaded and installed the 2.6.5-6 Windows MSI and it installed fine, although I nee to also get a libusb0.dll. Connected USB to a Triplite, I could go to the Devices and Printers and see the USB installed. But no matter what I did I could not get nut to work. I tried various commands, and got various errors.

PowerWalker UPS
Dear Nut-UPSdev Team, First of all I would like to appreciate the great job you are doing. Your work is very important and helpful for all UPS users. I found that you show compatibility with blazer_ser and blazer_usb for six of our models. Please inform me how we can make it happen that all our models become compatible? Who from your team added the compatibility with PowerWalker VI 850 LCD?

MassAssignmentSecurity for multiple contexts
I need to add some mass assignment protection (ala ActiveModel::MassAssignmentSecurity) but I can''t find how to do it contextually. For example, in one controller action I want to to whitelist attributes x, y and z and in another I want to whitelist attribs y and z. How can I do that? The attr_accessible function has a class-wide scope, whether in a model or in a controller. But I would
