NUT Client shuts down when performing runtime calibration on APC UPS
Here are the results from the output of upsc under different conditions from my Debian Test system with NUT 2.7.2 : Normal: ups.status: OL No wall power: ups.status: OB Runtime calibration (started from AP9630 web interface): ups.status: OB CAL So at this stage there is a difference! I then connected to my QNAP and set the UPS settings on the web interface to "Shutdown server if power

NUT Client shuts down when performing runtime calibration on APC UPS
I've setup nas4free (latest version 11.0.0.4, which has NUT 2.7.4) in a VM and configured it via webinterface to my APC UPS and set "shutdown mode" to "UPS goes on battery" with a timer of 30s. Then I started runtime calibration on the UPS and after 30s nas4free has shut down! I think this is not the correct behavior, since the status was "OB CAL". The system

NUT Client shuts down when performing runtime calibration on APC UPS
Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the delay, but until yet I haven't had a subscription, so I haven't seen your answer. I can test this, I have three APC USVs, each equipped with the AP9630 network card. I need to setup a Linux test VM with NUT first. I will give the feedback as soon as I can. NUT Client shuts down when performing runtime calibration on APC UPS

For example #!/bin/bash There seem to be too many case statements in this script. > case "${1}" in > shutdown-warning) >

NUT Client shuts down when performing runtime calibration on APC UPS
Thanks for your help. I have posted information, but I think I have answered myself, so maybe you haven't got an info. Sorry, using a mailing list is new for me ;-) Let's forget about the QNAP problem. It seems that although upsc is getting correct status information ("OL", "OB", "OB LB", OB CAL"), including calibration state, the QNAP special program

(Note that I mentioned this *was* previously working with an older version of Nut). calibration/validation sets
Hi; Does anyone know how to create a calibration and validation set from a particular dataset? I have a dataframe with nearly 20,000 rows! and I would like to select (randomly) a subset from the original dataset (...I found how to do that) to use as calibration set. However, I don't know how to remove this "calibration" set from the original dataframe in order to get my

Discrimination and calibration of Cox model
I have been working on fitting Cox model for prediction by using rms package. I want to measure model's calibartion and discrimination. Discrimination was measured by using validate() in rms, Dxy can be transferred to Harrell's c index. But in this way, I cannot get 95%CI of c index. How can I do this in R? And by the way, what value should be in c index to present the model's well?

calibration plot
Hi, I have a binary variable and corresponding predicted probability (using logistic regression on some explanatoey variables); I want to check that the model is well-calibrated using a calibration plot. how can I have the calibration plot for my data? thanks. [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

How to make a nomogam and Calibration plot
Dear R users, I am a new R user and something stops me when I try to write a academic article. I want to make a nomogram to predict the risk of prostate cancer (PCa) using several factors which have been selected from the Logistic regression run under the SPSS. Always, a calibration plot is needed to validate the prediction accuracy of the nomogram. However, I tried many times and read a lot of

calibration curve for cph()
Hi, the calibrate.cph() function in rms package generate calibration curve for Cox model on the same dataset where the model was derived using bootstrapping or cross-validation. If I have the model built on dataset 1, and now I want to produce a calibration curve for this model on an independent dataset 2, how can I do that? Thanks John [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Calibration score for survival probability
Good afternoon! I need to evaluate the goodness-of-fit (aka calibration) for survival probability estimates from a Cox model. I tried to use 'calibrate' in the Design package but I'm not sure if it should/would produce what I need (ie a chi-sq type statistic with a table of expected vs observed probabilities). Any other functions I should be aware of? Also, has anybody come across

calibration curve for glmnet object
Hi, I created a logistic regression model using the glmnet package. This model is of class "glmnet" or "lognet". I wanted to plot a calibration curve for this model using the calibrate() function from rms package, but the objects used are different, rms requires a fit from lrm(). Is there another function for getting the calibration plot for this glmnet object, or can anyone

Applying function with separate dataframe (calibration file) supplying some inputs
Hello, I am not entirely sure the subject line captures what I am trying to do, but hopefully this description of the problem will help folks to see my challenge and hopefully offer constructive assistance. I have an experimental setup where I measure the decrease in oxygen in small vials as an organism, such as an oyster, consumes the oxygen. Each vial is calibrated before the experiment and
