Barplot: Vertical bars with long labels
Dear List, I need a barplot with vertical bars. Each bar should have a label. The problem is, that the labels are too long, so they overlap, or only every seccond label is displayed in the output. Here is a little syntax: dd <- c(100,110,90,105,95) barplot(dd,names.arg=c('Conduct Disorders','Attention Deficit', 'Eating Disorders',

Interaction plots (six on one page)
#Dear R users, #I want six interaction plots to be on one page, #but the following problem occurs: the legend "BMIakt" appears, #but it is exactly on the border of the plots (too far right). #My seccond question is, how I can reduce the empty space in the y-direction #between the plots. #Please have a look at my syntax below. #Many thanks! #Udo myData <-

can't locate samba server in windows network/ can't add domain
List, I've installed an samba server as PDC next to another samba server. The DHCP/DNS is handled by a router (vigor 2110). For the first domain (DOMAIN1) I can join computers or leave the domain. However- I can't join the other domain- because no DNS entry exists. The strange thing is they both broadcast their NETBIOS name (It's present in the ARP table of the router) but on a

I'm working inthe last few months in a Web Based configuration tool to Samba. I called it Pagode. In Brazil Pagode is a kind of variation of the Samba music, so it's sound nice to me. Pagode has

I am trying to install wine on an Asus EEEPC 901. Every thing goes as expected until I receive the following FATAL error. What is the problem and what can I do about it? If I then try winecfg I receive the error messages further down. winefile appears to behave correctly but iexplorer remains blank even after Gecko is installed. Notepad appears to work ok. Setting up libwine-print

How do I use Internet Explorer 6.0 in Wine 1.1.3
Hi I just installed Wine 1.1.3 a couple of days ago, on my Acer Aspire 3623 Laptop (256MB and 40G HD) running PuppyLinux 4.0 OS. I installed Wine because I am taking an online math course at college and it needs a Windows OS and Internet Explorer 6.0 to run. Wrong path to app.exe
Hi, Yesterday (one day after its release) I installed WINE 1.0 via openSuSE 10.3 YAST - from repository. I also installed WINE-DOORS 0.1.2. (first I unistalled and deleted earlier test installations and .wine folder) Then I installed IE6 via the WINE-DOORS list. This also installed a lot of other windows stuff. This is often advised to support other apps. Very nice! IE6 was then tested. It
