documentation/samples/config. It is intended as a sample for how you
might like to set up ~/.wine/config:
; Allow the window manager to manage created windows
"Managed" = "N"
Maybe that could be changed to
"Managed" = "Y"
in ~/.wine/config
and it might do what you want. Might not, too. Remember, we're still
working on Wine.

Ongoing Eudora problems and a thanks
First off, thanks to the Wine team-- the 10/4 build is the closest to
working well with Eudora I have had since the one I currently run, which
was 1/12/01.
Second, thanks to Lawson Whitney for sending me the socket patch so I
could get the 10/4 build on the net!
Now, Eudora Light 3.0.5 is running much better under the 10/4 build. A
few little things are still wrong.

symbol problems with FRESH install
Hello,
I installed wine 20010112 from source and can't get it to work. I had an
old version on before, but I COMPLETELY removed it before I started. I'm
sure -- I checked for libkernel32.so and others, and even took away the
.wine directory. Anyway, so now I am getting this undefined symbol

Samba scaling
Andrew,
Did anyone reply to you on this?
By the sounds of things you are running a pair of E450's?
We currently use Samba on about 6 or 7 Sun E450's and E250's, it scales
very well. I have managed to have about 700-800 current clients
connected
from Windows 95 and 98, we also have the about 30-40 NT clients that
connect
regularly. I have found that Samba has scaled uniformly in

Apparently it seems to work but when I try to open a file to
convert it, TMPGEnc opens a popup telling that it cannot open the file
or the format is unsupported.
Since I'm trying to convert a sample file that TMPGEnc reads regularly
on a win box it seems that it can't open the file.
So I enabled dubugmsg for file and dosfs with the following command line:
wine -managed -debugmsg
