Hi There, I've moved some Windows2012 with MSSQL VMs from an hold ESXi 5.5 machine to a more recent and powerful machine running Fedora 24 x86_64 and related libvirt + KVM virtualization. I've moved the VMs filesystem to LVM slices and installed the VirtIO drivers in to all Windows VMs. I've also set both Disk and Network interface to work using VirtIO. So far so good everything works

Hi All, Does anyone have printing problem with an EPSON C80 connected to a Win98 OSR2 with USB cable ? I'm trying to "lpr'ing" a text file from a Linuxbox RH7.2 to the above printer without success. Has anyone here installed samba on sco? I might have to install samba on a SCO 3.2 v 5.0.5 server and was wondering if there might be any complications, I'm used to freebsd so I'm not sure what I'm in for.

Hi Roberto, What is the cpu and memory configuration of your guest? Are you pinning to dedicated CPUs, are you exposing host topology and cpu features, do you have dedicated I/O threads? Are you backing the guest memory with hugepages? All of the above will likely increase performance and minimise noise. On Fedora 20, just updated to kernel 3.16.2. Rebuilt dahdi 2.9.2 against it. dahdi show channels works fine, but when I try to place a call: chan_dahdi.c:9345 dahdi_read: dahdi_rec: Invalid argument Any help appreciated. sean
