How to find out which agent is available I can put their Agent id in AgentRequest() ? If this is not a good approach then how it should be done? But when I try to transfer this call to another agent, the incoming call is dropped. I don?t receive any error

Hmm i found the problem... I?m using a Grandstream BT100. The transfer just works in a queue if I first acknowledged the call using the # key, and then press the TRANSFER key in the Grandstream. I have a queue I configured as "strict" and a cron script I use to QueueAdd and QueueRemove agents according to my company's requirements. Usually I have 2 or 3 agents at a time and the ring strategy is ringall. These agents use non-open-source Windows softphones that do not let you configure it so that if they're on the phone, a second call will be rejected (agent busy).
