PJSIP does not qualify contacts after starting Asterisk
Hi,
Yes, we're implementing the dialplan in realtime too.
Here the contents of sorcery.conf:
[res_pjsip]
endpoint=realtime,ps_endpoints
aor=realtime,ps_aors
contact=realtime,ps_contacts
[res_pjsip_endpoint_identifier_ip]
identify=realtime,ps_endpoint_id_ips
Cheers, Francisco.

Asterisk 13 - sorcery realtime for pjsip publish objects
Excellent. I was using ast-13.1.0 with no luck. I upgraded to 13.2.0 and
have made it further, but am having a little difficulty. The
outbound-publish object types seems to be working in realtime now. But
the asterisk-publication object is only reading from sorcery.conf. I know
you said that it *should* work, with no guarantee, which I'm fine with. I
just want to make sure I don't

PJSIP does not qualify contacts after starting Asterisk
Hi all,
(sending this again from the correct address)
I'm running Asterisk 13.8.0 (I need to check if that happens with 13.9.1 too when I have the time to build it) with PJSIP realtime config.
I've defined several aors in the table ps_aors, like this (real url replaced by myurl):
*CLI> pjsip show aor pbx-node-1
Aor: <Aor..............................................>

Mixing PJSIP realtime and flat files
Hello,
Is it possible to mix PJSIP realtime and flat file configuration in
pjsip,conf?
What we want is to set up endpoints in the ps_endpoints table with some
columns set but most being NULL, and then allow end-customers to optionally
add configuration by adding a pjsip.conf section.
For example, in ps_endpoinds might be an endpoint with id "asterisk-1" with
the transport, aors, auth,

Asterisk 13 - sorcery realtime for pjsip publish objects
Hello,
I am currently trying to set up pjsip realtime and would like to have
outbound-publish, inbound-publication, and asterisk-publication sorcery
object types in ODBC realtime. Is that currently supported? I know that
some object types are known working and others are not. I was curious
what the status of those objects are.
Thanks!

PJSIP realtime: lots of problems
Hello,
I wonder if anybody is using PJSIP realtime in production environment?
I've started to play with it and encountered many problems.
Here's my config:
sorcery.conf:
[res_pjsip]
endpoint=realtime,ps_endpoints
extconfig.conf:
[settings]
ps_endpoints => pgsql,users,pjsip_endpoints_v
pjsip_endpoints_v is postgresql view.
1. The biggest problem: if I have small number of endpoints

pjsip module reload problem
Hi!
Installing new asterisk server and decided to use chan_pjsip.
While module reload I get:

res_rtp_asterisk.so problem with minimal (ish) chan-sip based Asterisk
Hi,
For years I've been running a minimal (ish) SIP based Asterisk with
the modules based on chan-sip. For various reasons unrelated to
Asterisk the machine the latest incarnation of this configuration has
been updated to Debian Buster and thus to Asterisk 16. Since this
upgrade I have a dependency problem related to res_rtp_asterisk.so.
So the old config was:

Asterisk 13 MWI
I am still a little confused about how to activate MWI with PJSIP
on Asterisk 13.9.1. I use realtime for configuration. So far I have
tried setting both the mailboxes field on ps_endpoints and the mailboxes
field in ps_aors but I cannot get the indicator lamp to blink on any of
my phones (Digium, Aastra and Yealink). I have tried just the number of
the mailbox and also adding the context.

Asterisk 13 - sorcery realtime for pjsip publish objects
Good Morning,
After further investigation, I found that the res_pjsip_publish_asterisk
module does not use the realtime sorcery wizard, but instead only reads
from the configuration files. I've been able to patch the module, using
the logic from the other modules to learn how to make the sorery
configuration read from the other sorcery wizards and it's now working for

Can someone please help with this sip2sip pjsip_wizard "no matching endpoint" issue?
Using pjsip 2.7.2 on Asterisk 15.5
Really struggling to make sense of translating these old 1.8 SIP
instructions into a neat pjsip_wizard conf suitable for 2018
http://wiki.sip2sip.info/projects/sip2sip/wiki/SipDevicesAsterisk#Version-18
In pjsip_wizard.conf, I have the following, which seems to get me
registered, and it responds to an incoming call, but I always get
this:

Realtime PJSIP RTT
Hello all,
We would like to pull the RTT of registered endpoints from MySQL for use in
a webportal. However it doesn't appear asterisk tables this by default like
chan_sip did.
I've found some information [1] that a modification of sorcery.conf can get
it writing to a table. But I'm struggling to figure out what that
configuration is. It seems the object is called

Realtime for PJSIP registrations
I use realtime for my Asterisk configuration and are now making the
transition to Asterisk 13 and PJSIP. I used alchemy to set up my
databases and I can now configure my endpoints. While trying to
configure a trunk I can see that there is a database table called
ps_registrations that should be used to make the registration to the
provider but there is no corresponding entry in the

Is it possible to have two trunks between two Asterisk boxes ?
Hello,
For lab testing, I'm trying to build two differents PJSIP trunks between
two Asterisk 13.8.0enabled boxes.
I thought I could set up both trunks like this:
Box A/port 5060 <------ Trunk1 -----> Box B/port 5060
Box A/port 5062 <------ Trunk2 -----> Box B/port 5062
and declare trunks like this:
[foobar1]
type=endpoint
transport=simpletrans
context=from-customer

Asterisk Can't start with the default configs
Hi,
I compiled the asterisk 14.0.2 to my ARMv5 NAS, however I just have enough
time to test it now.
But with the default config (I only edited the http.conf), it won't start,
but gives the following:
Sorcery registered wizard 'bucket'
Sorcery registered wizard 'bucket_file'
Parsing /ffp/etc/asterisk/sorcery.conf
Parsing '/ffp/etc/asterisk/sorcery.conf': Found

Confused by concepts behind pjsip: endpoint, aor, contact
Hello,
I am slightly confused by the difference between chan_sip and pjsip.
Especially the new (to me) objects aor and contact.
I am having trouble mapping them to the typical SIP configuration settings
on a phone.
Suppose I have a phone with two line buttons, for two extension numbers.
Now,
I think that means two 'endpoints' in pjsip right? But what exactly is the

sorcery.conf mappings
Is there some documentation for all the available sorcery.conf
mappings for realtime? Asterisk already includes some tables in the
database that are not enabled by default on the sorcery.conf like
transports and outbound registrations. There are no examples in the
file on how to enable them. Where can I find some documentation to
enable those mappings?
