OpenSSH-7.1p1 fails configure check with LibreSSL-2.2.4
Howdy,
I'm attempting to compile openssh-7.1p1 using libressl-2.2.4 for the
ssl implementation. Unfortunately, this fails to work (tested on
Debian Unstable and Gentoo):
cd libressl-2.2.4
./configure --prefix=/opt/libressl-2.2.4 && make -j8 && sudo make install
cd ../openssh-7.1p1
./configure --with-ssl-dir=/opt/libressl-2.2.4
fails with:

sieve vacation alias handling problem
Hi,
I am using Dovecot LDA as LMTP renders envelope extension unusable.
The problem I have noticed is that when user has multiple aliases sieve
responds to all of them, not only to :addresses specified.
>From testing it seems that :addresses only adds addresses to the list of
"known" emails to check against. It is not limiting it.
As I understand, sieve should check if To: header

x[0]: Can '0' be made an allowed index in R?
You could have negative indices. There are two ways to do this.
1) provide a large offset.
Offset <- 30
for (i in -29 to 120) { print(df[i+Offset])}
2) use absolute values if all indices are negative.
for (i in -200 to -1) {print(df[abs(i)])}

Doesn't sound like you got the point. x[-1] normally removes the first element. With 0-based indices, this cannot work.

Heh. Did anyone bring up negative indices yet?

It's not hidden like an hidden file or system file (things you can display
tweaking some explorer options), it's not visible at all. I think there is
no way to list them, it's not hidden, it's unlisted, but you still can
access them if you know the full path.

quota-status: Issues with uppercase recipient address
Hello list,
Dovecot Version: 2.2.34 (874deae) on FreeBSD
MTA: Postfix 3.3.0
I've got an issue with the quota-status service:
Something breaks when receiving mail with a recipient address that includes non-lowercase characters,

x[0]: Can '0' be made an allowed index in R?
Hello Peter,
Unless I too misunderstand your point, negative indices for removal do
work with the Oarray package (though -0 doesn't work to remove the 0th
element, since -0 == 0 -- perhaps what you meant):

Define replacement functions
No. I fixed that, the NAMESPACE file now contains:
S3method("[[<-", mylist)
S3method("$<-", mylist)
It still does not work. I also created a print method (print.mylist) which did work out of the box, regardless of being in the NAMESPACE file or not. Could it be somehow in here (also in my NAMESPACE file):
exportPattern("^[[:alpha:]]+")
Or could it be that

Status of OpenSSL 1.1 support
Hi,
more or less a year ago Kurt Roeckx provided an initial port towards the
OpenSSL 1.1 API [0]. The patch has been left untouched [1] and it has
been complained about a missing compat layer of the new vs the old API
within the OpenSSL library [2].
This is how I reconstructed the situation as of today and I am not
aware of any progress in regard to the newer library within the OpenSSH
project.

Is there a sexy way ...?
Admit it, Rolf. Haven't you wondered if S, in a more private way, is sexier than R?
OK, kidding aside, we have talked this to death.
Just FYI, the conversation was stimulating for some of us and I have continued on my own and located functions I see as useful in the stringi and stringr packages to make my silly version ever less silly! LOL!
