Hi I have a HP R3000 XR UPS which NUT never says is at 100% battery. It seems stuck in 98 or 99 . something percentage. How accurate should i expect the reports to be? All my other UPSes has been and is at 100%, even those i have retired. My monitor system runs debian. The host that is physically connected to this ups runs: nut 2.2.2-6.4 The web script runs nut-cgi 2.0.4-4 JonB

It seems the `libmodbus` library or headers were not found, or something similar - so the driver against it was not built. Did you install `libmodbus-dev` before the build? What does `config.log` in the build root say (and.or the summary shown after you run the `configure` script)? Hello, samba I have configured samba in my net, and it works well. From computers in the same sub-net, using w95, in the "Network Area" they can see the samba server. Well, now that the `subdriver` option got added to `usbhid-ups` too, you can at least try that (by building again the current master). See command-line help for the subdrivers it would currently recognize, and copy e.g. the first word as the matching option, e.g.: ./drivers/usbhid-ups -DDDDDD -d1 -s test -x port=auto -x vendorid=... -x productid=... -x subdriver=... and try to lockpick your
