How to export a function from a package and access it only by specifying the namespace?
I have the following test package.

Potential ambiguity in the grammar of LLVM IR assembly
Hello everyone,
While developing a parser for LLVM IR, I seem to have stumbled upon a
potential ambiguity in the LLVM IR assembly language grammar. Most
likely there is something which I may have overlooked, so wanted to
reach out to a more experienced crowed for some feedback.

Doesn't a global have to be named? The syntax in the IR reference
doesn't make it optional:
@<GlobalVarName> = [Linkage] [Visibility] [DLLStorageClass]
[ThreadLocal] ...

How to get the definition of a class?
Hi,
ExonFeatureSet
I have an object of the above class. The following document mentioned it.

But I would like to see its defintion. I'm wondering if there is a way
in R to give me the definition of any class?

DllImport: How to specify the library to link to?
Hi,
I am absolutely new to LLVM. Currently reading through documentation and
the C-API (which i want to use). As i am working on Windows, i was
curios on how to specify an import which links to a function exported by
a dll. The DLLStorageClass seems to be the wy to go, this seems clear.
But after declaring a function for import, how do i specify the DLL the
function is included in?

Where to put source code?
I'm trying to move from Matlab to R, and I'm stuck even getting
started. This sounds to me like the dumbest question in the world
but... how does one put R source code in files? Over the last three
days I've gone front to back through the Introduction to R and the R

supposing I have a function “foo” like the following:

Updated llc does not compile my .ll files any more [addrspace on AVR problem?]
Hi,
I’ve come back and updated my llvm toolset with modern code (my branch was about 1-2 years old) and now the llvm IR files produced by my front end no longer compile with llc.
Here is a sample of llvm ir produced by my front end (it’s a standard version 3.1 build of swift from the swift.org open source website).

[LLVMdev] know if individual LLVM's Instruction has a result, and how to obtain it?
Most LLVM IR instructions have a result field, according to the Language
Reference.
I want to know, for all LLVM Instructions, is there an easy and
consistent way to know if the current Inst has a result field?
And if yes, what is the best way to obtain it?

Formal definitions of R-language.
Hello!
Some CS-guys (the type who knows what Church formalism is) keep asking
me questions about formal definitions of R-language that I can not
answer (or even understand). Is there some freely available papers which
I can throw at them where it would be explained is R
functional/OOP/procedural language, does it use weak/strong,

That’s useful info, thanks.
I think it will be useful for me to understand the connection, why this type of pointer is being emitted now.
Do you have any suggestions where i can look to find the platform specific code that is making function pointers go into addrspace?
