[LLVMdev] LLD dynamic compilation
Folks, I'm having a look at LLD and I need some guidance... I know it's not production ready for x86 and ARM (the idea is to make it so). My steps: I've added it to tools/lld and ran CMake again (on x86_64) on a standard release build (static linking). It works, builds but I see one unit test error: Note: Google Test filter = InputGraphTest.Observer [==========] Running 1 test from

index location
Greetings. We are testing with 1.2.9 and have found that with mail_full_filesystem_access set to 'yes', we cannot force indexes for folders under ~/mail to be stored in /var/dovecot/indexes/%u. /var/dovecot/indexes/%u/.imap/INBOX/dovecot.index* is created just fine, but everything else ends up in ~mail/.imap. If I change mail_full_filesystem_access to 'no', then all indexes

Problem with compiling shared C/C++ library for loading into R (Linux)
I am using the .Call interface to call c++ code from R. For that, I am trying to create a dynamic library (mylib.so) using "R CMD SHLIB" by linking my own c++ code and an external c++ library (blitz++). The makefile works fine on my Mac, produces mylib.so and I am able to call .Call() from R, but on a linux server (I think Debian), I got the following error: ---------- /usr/bin/ld:

execute sieve command - fails to notice script has exited
Hi, Running dovecot 2.2.27 (c0f36b0) on Debian GNU/Linux stable (version 9.6), I'm trying to use the execute command in a sieve script, with direct execution (not service socket). The script is executed, and returns (the process exits), but the dovecot-lda process seems to not notice, and thinks the script did not terminate. After sieve_execute_exec_timeout has passed, it sends a TERM, a bit

Bug#475553: Patch for logcheck-rules
Hi, after we switched to rsyslog with high precision timestamps logcheck did not match the timestamps any more. A patch adding the high precision timestamp format is attached. The rules now match both the traditional timestamp format and the high precision timestamp format (with or without microseconds). Yours sincerely, Ralf D?blitz -- Ralf D?blitz r.doeblitz at asco.de Tel 0531/3906-116

DNAT IP-Adding
Hello List. I''m new here, and am staring off with a pretty common question, i think. I want to have my router DNAT incomeing connections for other IP''s than it''s WAN IP. In my other setup, just adding that IP as Destination Address was enough. But that was a bit older Version of Shorwall. In my new Setup, Shorewall 2.0.7 Debian Sarge, i have this line: DNAT

[LLVMdev] example of language with vector as first class type
To state my objective again because I was unclear about it. I want to write a interpretor/compiler that can handles mathematical vector/matrix with linear algebra operation on llvm. Something like matlab/R. I am thinking at a higher level like performing type, and shape inference on matrix/vector type, unrolling the inner loop of matrix operation of full algebraic expression instead of computing

NTLM-Auth Problem
Good Morning. For my vpn Server, i'm using a winbindd and NTLM Based Authentication setup against my AD. Recently, as a new User was added, i found this: The User can't log in using ntlm_auth at all, getting rejected because of "No Such user". On the windows Side, the user works just fine, and other users can use ntlm_auth fine. Heres my smb.conf on the vpn server (only

Samba/Ldap as BDC for ADS
I'm sorry if this has been asked a quadrillion times before, but i was just wondering about it: I know samba can't be a BDC for ADS. I also know that OpenLDAP can sync with a MS ADS Server. Samba can also auth against both ldap and ADS. so, shoudln't it be possible to use a Samba/openLdap server combination as a Local Master kind of think as a type of BDC for an ADS Domain? Or are

(CAR) Scatterplot and problems (?) with abline
Network Blitz I'm trying to generate a graph to summarize Interest Rate Parity. This involves a scatterplot of x against y where the x and y limits are set so to center the graph on 0,0 and then adding each axis line and a 45 degree line. Using CAR's scatterplot (sample code below) everything except the axes plot fine: scatterplot( Interest.Rate.Dif ~ ForPrm| profit,

Can't login samba domain from xp/2k
Hello everybody. I am having troubles to log on a samba domain from winxp and win 2000 workstations. I patched the registry with the requiresignorseal=0, changed the local and group policies (following various comments found on the web), and added the machine account for samba (obviously, /etc/passwd too). I tried with samba 3.0.7, 3.0.10 and 3.0.13, Winxp with and without sp2, and win200
