NUT with Powerware 5125.
Hi, Does anyone know how to make NUT works with Powerware 5125? I already tried serial communication (genericups and bcmxcp) and USB (usbhid-ups and bcmxcp_usb), but without success. I'm using the latest version of NUT (2.6.5) under Debian amd64. Can anyone help me? Thanks. Daniel -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

Powerware 5125 works ?
Hi there. At the moment I'm trying to get my HP T1500 XR (Powerware 5125) UPS to work with NUT. NUT registers that the UPS is on battery/online, but I just cant get the program to shut down the computer I'm using the original cable (thus I didn't enter anything in the ups.conf file) If I remove the cable and run the daemon/program the computer will shutdown after x minutes defined in

using upscode2 driver with Powerware 5119 RM
I've got a Powerware 5119 RM UPS. driver.list says to use "genericups upstype=20", however I know this UPS supports the UPS Code II protocol, so I wanted to use the upscode2 driver. It took some hacking but finally it works. I'm using NUT 2.4.1 and upscode2 driver version 0.87 (however the latest r2350 version of upscode2.c isn't significantly different, so I think all

Powerware Prestige EXT 1000VA / PowerWorks A30 support?
Hello, does NUT support Powerware Prestige EXT 1000VA / PowerWorks A30 models in smart mode? I don't see them mentioned in the compatibility list (only Powerware 3115 and 5119 are there, listed as supported only by the "genericups" driver). Is the protocol known to be compatible with any other, supported UPS types? Thanks, Marek

Sola 305 with INT-0051 cable
Hello again, I have a Sola 305 (aka Powerware 3110) here connected via a serial INT-0051 cable which I am trying to get working with nut. The driver.list file indicates that nut supports the Sola 305 when connected via the INT-0025C cable using the genericups driver with upstype set to 7 but it does not mention the INT-0051. I was able to use the "Basic CheckUPS II" utility provided
