[LLVMdev] LLVM 2.1 with VC++
I've come across a couple errors when building LLVM 2.1 in VC++ 2005. 1) CodeGen/RegisterCoalescer.cpp is not included in the project 2) System/Win32/DynamicLibrary.inc - ELM_Callback is declared with a PSTR ModuleName argument. This causes a compile error - the callback typedef specifies PCSTR. Also, I'd like to suggest adding the following to config.h, to eliminate the spurious

[LLVMdev] Header File Not Found?
I'm having a strange problem compiling with VS 2013. It's not finding a header file that's there in one of the header file search dirs. Here's the compile command (with the names changed to protect the innocent ;-) 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\LLVM\msbuild-bin\CL.exe /c /IC:\[top-level-dir]\[source-dir]\ /IC:\[top-level-dir]\[source-dir]\[sub-dir-1]

[LLVMdev] size_t?
We inject a typedef for size_t here: http://llvm.org/viewvc/llvm-project/cfe/trunk/lib/Sema/Sema.cpp?revision=218230&view=markup#l206 The typedef type is determined by calling getSizeType(). SizeType is (relevantly) calculated in two places: X86_64 http://llvm.org/viewvc/llvm-project/cfe/trunk/lib/Basic/Targets.cpp?revision=218666&view=markup#l3512 X86_32

Patch cleaning up Opus x86 intrinsics configury
The attached patch cleans up Opus's x86 intrinsics configury. It: * Makes ?enable-intrinsics work with clang and other non-GCC compilers * Enables RTCD for the floating-point-mode SSE code in Celt. * Disables use of RTCD in cases where the compiler targets an instruction set by default. * Enables the SSE4.1 Silk optimizations that apply to the common parts of Silk when Opus is built in

Using RInside in Visual Studio 8.0 VC++.NET Program
Hello, I am trying to use Rinside package in my VC++.Net program ( using Visual Studio 8.0 environment). I have downloaded Windows binary of RInside from the following link http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RInside/index.htm Version of RInside - 0.2.3 While compiling the program , i am getting about 69 error. Some of them are the folllowing ones. Please me in solving the following issue

[LLVMdev] size_t?
I believe that we provide a definition of size_t inside the compiler itself when clang is in MSVC compatibility mode. [LLVMdev] size_t?
Hi Reid, I copied the x64 toolsets by hand; they got installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\LLVM\tools\msbuild\x64; they just didn't get moved correctly by install.bat. I just verified that the LLVM-vs2013 toolset.props is correct. If it is a bitness problem, perhaps I'm failing to define something correctly? [LLVMdev] [Fwd: Updated LLVM Visual Studio project files]
Could someone please apply this patch to the Win32 support so that Morten and Jeff can handle the recent changes? I can't do it because I"m on the road with only email access. [RFC PATCH v1 0/4] Enable aarch64 intrinsics/Ne10
Hi All, Since I continue to base my work on top of Jonathan's patch, and my previous Ne10 fft/ifft/mdct_forward/backward patches, I thought it would be better to just post all new patches as a patch series. Please let me know if anyone disagrees with this approach. You can see wip branch of all latest patches at https://git.linaro.org/people/viswanath.puttagunta/opus.git Branch:

[RFC PATCH v1 0/5] aarch64: celt_pitch_xcorr: Fixed point series
Hi Timothy, As I mentioned earlier [1], I now fixed compile issues with fixed point and resubmitting the patch. I also have new patch that does intrinsics optimizations for celt_pitch_xcorr targetting aarch64. You can find my latest work-in-progress branch at [2] For reference, you can use the Ne10 pre-built libraries at [3] Note that I am working with Phil at ARM to get my patch at [4]

[RFC PATCH v2]: Ne10 fft fixed and previous 0/8]
Hi All, As per Timothy's suggestion, disabling mdct_forward for fixed point. Only effects armv7,armv8: Extend fixed fft NE10 optimizations to mdct Rest of patches are same as in [1] For reference, latest wip code for opus is at [2] Still working with NE10 team at ARM to get corner cases of mdct_forward. Will update with another patch when issue in NE10 gets fixed. Regards, Vish [1]:

[RFC V3 0/8] Ne10 fft fixed and previous
Hi All, Changes from RFC v2 [1] armv7,armv8: Extend fixed fft NE10 optimizations to mdct - Overflow issue fixed by Phil at ARM. Ne10 wip at [2]. Should be upstream soon. - So, re-enabled using fixed fft for mdct_forward which was disabled in RFCv2 armv7,armv8: Optimize fixed point fft using NE10 library - Thanks to Jonathan Lennox, fixed some build fixes on iOS and some copy-paste errors Rest
