Hello Mr. Ciao and people on our list I tried this last night and now in the morning I captured the problem status. Actually we people have decided to make a WiFi radio app as our android project in college. So we are using icecast for that purpose.. we will be implementing icecast in android by creating a service. we have to play those songs first to which users give higher ratings. Do we need to implement MPD for that purpose?? Then how will we give commands through MPD? On Oct 9, 2014 4:03 PM, "Yahav

akmod-nvidia update, lose openGL functionality
Sorry if this has been dealt with, but I couldn't find it in a search. I updated Fedora to the new kernel build, and there are no current drivers for nvidia cards for that. That's fine, livna made a new neat thing called akmod-nvidia that appears to have built the drivers very nicely (quite pleased with that). All is happy and shiny from within Linux (compiz works and openGL games work

Windows 7 Clients Slow/Unresponsive with some file types
I am having some unresponsive and very slow performance with a couple of different file types with Samba and Windows 7 clients. The problems manifest in the following manners: IGES files, these are CAD files. When opening up certain IGES files from the server, the application can take upwards of 10 minutes to open up the file. If I copy the same file from the server to the desktop, the

Nodes in CTDB Cluster don't release recovery lock
Hello all, Thanks for the input. I opened up the firewall ports and testing connectivity by ctdb's ping to no avail. I did however fix the problem. I must have missed the section of the guide outlining the importance of the nodes file, but it seems the issue was that machine A's nodes file was in reverse order compared to B's. After rectifying that the cluster came up without issue,

[LLVMdev] C-to-PTX compilation issues
The issue you're seeing is actually a problem with clang integration. Generally, clang does not understand all of the conventions required by the NVPTX back-end, and compilation from general C may not always work. In this case, it's the local array "b" that is the problem. Clang pulls this out into the global scope, but keeps it in address space 0. In the back-end, address

Reading the new 6.0 manual - now questions
I'm new to running VMs, so I'm hoping this hasn't been a problem question asked before. I've only glazed over the emails from this list since I've joined due to not really needing all of the great information if provides. Eric suggested I wait for Centos 6 to start loading my new VM host, and so I grabbed the RH Virtualization PDF and started digging in. Firstly, it
