Hi, the first question is addressed both to llvm-dev and gentoo-dev. The second one is Gentoo specific. Is there any possibility to build LLVM both as static and shared libraries? What I see currently is that our ebuild makes LLVM to build shared libs unconditionally. Is there a possibility (if it is impossible to build both lib types) to at least give to user control on what kind of libs he

This library is intended to be used locally for tests and not installed as a global system library. Alex, I have built ubuntu binaries for the last couple of releases. I apologize -- I haven't built those new binaries yet, I only have uploaded the SLES ones. I have an ubuntu 14 tarball that I'll upload today. I will work on getting ubuntu 16 or 17 next. The dpkg/APT repos might be a good substitute, though. Hi All, I’m being a complete newbie on this one but how do I generate the OCaml bindings? I saw an old google post using “configure —enable-bindings=ocaml” but we don’t use configure anymore (I’m building 3.9.1) and if I just do a regular build (optimized) then I don’t see any bindings in my build directory…. Thanks, Brian I tried enabling both the lld and the clang projects by adding -DLLVM_ENABLE_PROJECTS='lld;clang' into the cmake command. After the build completed successfully, I can see ld.lld in my bin folder but not clang. Is it supposed to be in another folder?
