[LLVMdev] Multiple failures on PowerPC64
Hi,

Those tests are for the old JIT, and shouldn't be run at all on
PowerPC. The host_arch field in your lit.site.cfg (somewhere in the
build directory) is probably being set incorrectly.
I've seen this when LLVM is cross-compiled with CMake before. I had to
set CMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR in my toolchain file (in your case to

[LLVMdev] [LLVMDev][3.5]: assertion failed in RuntimeDyldELF.cpp
Hi LLVMDev list
I am building LLVM from the SVN trunk at 213638 on a W7/X86_64/Cygwin
system and running make check leads to a series of failed assertions like

llvm cross compilation issue
I am trying to compile llvm using a toolchain file where I have
specified the target system and compilers as suggested at
https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/manual/cmake-toolchains.7.html#cross-compilation-tool
chain:
set(CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME Linux)
set(CMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR arm)
set(CMAKE_C_COMPILER arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi-gcc)
set(CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi-g++)

Found this while tracking a regression on nvc0 for my patch which fixes
ir_unop_any to emit or's instead of dp3's. (That patch is fine, this code was
always broken.)

Removed a call to EmitXRayTable() from ARMAsmPrinter
Hi Renato,
As far as I understand, such issues should be caught by the tests in compiler-rt/test/xray/TestCases/Linux.
I found the following lines in compiler-rt/test/xray/lit.cfg that seem to disable the tests for non-64-bit targets:
if config.host_os not in ['Linux'] or config.host_arch.find('64') == -1:
config.unsupported = True

Linux/ARM: Segfault issue when we build clang sources including __thread variable using -O2 flag
A few days ago, I tried to change the optimization flag from -O0 to -O2 to
speed up the execution of the application on Ubuntu/ARM 14.04 32 bit.
When I compiled the source code with -O2 flag instead of -O0 flag, I could
not run the application normally by getting always the segmentation fault.
Here is debugging information with GDB command in case of that. As you can
see, we could not execute

[LLVMdev] llvm/clang test failures on powerpc-darwin8
Hi,
I've bootstrapped llvm/clang from svn-trunk on powerpc-darwin8 (g++-4.0.1), and
have the following test results to share.
Summary below, full log at:
http://www.csl.cornell.edu/~fang/sw/llvm/r146586-powerpc-darwin8-results.txt
The only edits required were those I posted to llvm-commits yesterday (re:
"some missing clang libs"). And I also edited LitConfig.py to point to

[PATCH 1/2] nv50/ir: add fp64 support on G200 (NVA0)
Signed-off-by: Ilia Mirkin <imirkin at alum.mit.edu>

Untested beyond compiling a few shaders to see if they look like they
might work. nvdisasm agrees with envydis's decoding of these things.
Will definitely get ahold of a G200 to run tests on before pushing this.
