[LLVMdev] Fwd: omission: clang-cc -MD -MF -c -fPIC
[retrying send with different email source]
Hi,
I do not really have much direct control over the compile lines any more.
I guess I could code up a wrapper for your wrapper so that the libtool wrapper
would be happy, but could you all consider libtool built projects and
embed the necessary option stripping in your clang-cc thing?
Thank you.
Regards, Bruce

Dear all,
I would appreciate please a piece of help regarding the use of acast/dcast
functions in reshape2 package.
Specifically, I'm working with a data frame, that has information about

Strange libtool problem
I'm not sure if this is related to me updating to gcc 4.6.0 or not,
but in the gnulib/lib directory I get an error which comes down to the
following libtool command running:

reshaping the data
Hi
Do you want something like
dcast(test, Sample~Gene, fun=function(x) paste(x, collapse=","))
or
dcast(test, Sample~Gene, fun=function(x) sum(as.numeric(x)))
1 means INDEL, 2 means SNV and three means both
Cheers
Petr

spandsp-0.0.2pre6
Just wondering if anyone else has managed to successfully compile
spandsp-0.0.2pre6...
I'm assuming it is working for most people, else it probably wouldn't
have been released, and/or, other people would have had more to say
about it...
In any case, these are the errors I am getting while doing a make:
if /bin/sh ../libtool --mode=compile gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.

[LLVMdev] gold-plugin build errors
I tried to build the gold plugin and receive the errors posted below. I
checked out the gold plugin using "cvs -z 9 -d
:pserver:anoncvs at sourceware.org:/cvs/src co src," as documented on
llvm.org. Is that version bleeding edge and perhaps not stable?
The first errors have to do with the libtool version. I have libtool
2.2.6 on my system, which is what the README-maintainer-mode

[Nut-upsuser] Nut-2.7.3 & gcc-3.3.6
Hi Charles,
Yes, it looks like my g++ does contain STL library which might be just my
specific case...
However, as a temporary solution I disabled nutclient in Makefile (please
find the file attached). And nut-2.7.3 can be compiled now.
Thanks,
Sergey
