Rule #1: Don't enable options unless you know what they're doing :-) In this case, you probably configured with --enable-new-plc , which was just a switch for playing with new PLC algorithms (that don't exist yet!). Remove that switch and CELT should compile fine. The configure option was added to make development easier for the person working on it.
