[LLVMdev] Summer of code 2007 project proposal
Dear LLVM developers: I would like to propose a project for Google's summer of code 2007. I have been working on binary program matching for the detection of open source license violations. Basically by using slices generated from the SSA, it is possible to match binaries generated by different compilers and transformed by different obfuscators. So far, my work has been related only to

Bug in nested_attributes_for: question about best way to patch
I''ve discovered what I''m pretty confident is unexpected behavior in accepts_nested_attributes_for, and am developing a patch, but I''ve encountered a question about how the core team would prefer the implementation to look. Here''s the bug: when assigning to a belongs_to relationship (and I believe one-to-one, but I haven''t verified yet) if you mark the

Import from excel 2007
Hey Seniors, Really new to R, please has anyone imported a dataset from MS office excel 2007 into R yet? It seem to be giving me hard times which I did not expect as it use to go well with the previous versions. Thanks in advance. arnoldo --------------------------------- [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Icecast 'client'
Hi, What is wrong with listening to the stream using HTTP on port 8000 on your server? And what is wrong with using VLC? /Denis :-) On 22 May 2014, at 22:47, Guido Budack <glaivy at yandex.com> wrote: > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- > Hash: SHA1 > > Hi folks, > > actually and once again quite busy I'd really appreciate a quick hint > or explanation... >

Icecast 'client'
Hi, Do you see any advantages of such a client? Is there a reason why you think it would exist? /Denis :-) > Den 23/05/2014 kl. 00.35 skrev Guido Budack <glaivy at yandex.com>: > > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- > Hash: SHA1 > > I just mind that Icecast has its own client... > Have been surprised as I found out they there is no... > Strange... > >

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi folks, actually and once again quite busy I'd really appreciate a quick hint or explanation... Somehow I dont get it... :-/ Although I'll soon (as soon I have a more powerful server - actually a friend of mine is hosting my site in a small cluster) install and use the icecast-server for my streaming-purposes I don't understand how to

Record companies drive me nuts (was: new MS codecs)
It's AALLL true... I have buyed a LOT of legal CDs based on the listening of 'pirated' copies downloaded on compressed format. companies should be glad. I agree with Freya (quoted below) very strongly. Not to restate what's already been said, but record companies claim "we lose $XX million in sales each year because of people pirating our music using mp3s". In reality,

[LLVMdev] GSoC Proposal: Inter-Procedure Program Slicing in LLVM
Hi all, This is a GSoC 2013 proposal for LLVM project. Please see the formatted version at here: http://pacman.cs.tsinghua.edu.cn/~liuml07/files/gsoc2013-proposal-program-slicing.pdf Program slicing has been used in many applications, the criteria of which is a pair of statement and variables. I would like to write an inter-procedural program slicing pass in LLVM, which is able to calculate C

[LLVMdev] [PATCH] Support for ARM Run-Time ABI (FP and Integer helper functions)
I wrote that loop. :-) So now the differences between this patch and the one I had been sitting on are: * We have opposite condition codes in our FP comparisons. * This patch has integer division, which seems like a good thing, but wasn't needed for my A9 target. Are you sure about the comparisons? deep On Tue, Sep 28, 2010 at 9:11 AM, Evzen Muller <evzen.muller at arm.com> wrote:

A strange file-ownership problem
The scenario: I have two Samba servers on my network. One, running v3.0.37, is on my main server, a Solaris 10 x86 box. The other, just updated from 3.0.37 to 3.4.5 in the hope of solving this problem, is on my workstation, a Gentoo Linux box. The Linux Samba server shares only [homes]. The Solaris Samba server shares [homes] and four other shares. Unix UIDs are synchromized betwene the

RNG R/Splus compatibility
Starting with example Wichmann-Hill code from Brian Ripley I have been playing with a set of programs for getting the same random sequences from R and Splus. A copy is included below along with a test (which works in Solaris with R and Splus 3.3). The approach is somewhat different from the usual problems on this list as I am trying to get the same results from Splus as I get from R. However,

HtmlSlicer 0.0.1
How to split HTML content? Well, the text like: <p>Ruby&nbsp;on&nbsp;Rails is a next-generation web-framework<br><b>YEAH!</b>And of course Java killer?! :) &copy;</p> You can split to a pages in a smart way. I tried to realize it in a gem for my internal use, and now when it works for my Rails 3.1.3 application, this is enough to make it public. I

double entries in icecast directory
Hi folks I'm using vlc to listen to radio-stations of the icecast-directory. I find it quite annoying that a lot of stations have double entries and/ or (probably relay) transmit under other (entry-) names. Wouldn't it be better to prevent such behavior? Is it possible to suppress this in vlc or on any other way? Greets Gee -- Guido Budack - Designer - Apache/ColdFusion Web-Server
