[LLVMdev] diffs for vc7.1
I can confirm that both are compiled properly: A) PHINode *PN; for (BasicBlock::iterator I = H->begin(); PN = dyn_cast<PHINode>(I); I++) .... B) for (BasicBlock::iterator I = H->begin; isa<PHINode>(I); I++) { PHINode *PN = cast<PHINode(I); .... } I'll make a patch for whatever solution do you prefer (this problem is a showstopper for more than a dozen

[LLVMdev] patches and scons
The scons file that I posted yesterday is broken... I've not taken in account the commit of 2 days ago that modified *iterator.in* and friends. I've updated it and now it works again; inside it you can find comments about what files currently are NOT compiled and why (hint appreciated!) Attached to this email you can find it and a new series of patches against current CVS, that I hope

[LLVMdev] Showstopper on Visual C
Hi all, Well, suggestion for workarounds for the namespace problems are welcome... this is a 7 minutes compile files on a pentium 4 3ghz 700Mb ram... [LLVMdev] diffs for vc7.1
Hi, Has some one committed these patches into CVS? Paolo, thanks for the patches. In the near future I'll try to compile them. I've installed STLport 6.4.2 with vc6. Henrik --- Got Freedom? [LLVMdev] Showstopper on Visual C
struct X86AsmPrinter is in an anonymous namespace, but printInstruction is declared in namespace llvm. try editing the tablegen output to move X86AsmPrinter::printInstruction into an anonymous namespace, not llvm. I suspect this will at least fix the first problem. Then we can figure out the proper longterm fix. Andrew On Tue, 2004-10-12 at 03:56, Paolo Invernizzi wrote: > Hi all, >

model of fish over exploitation
Dear all, I have a serious problem to solve my model. I study over exploitation of fish in the bay of biscay (france). I know only the level of catch and the fishing effort (see data below) by year. My model is composed by the following equations: * the growth function Gt(St) = r*St*(1-St/sbar) with Gt the growth of each period t r intrinsec growth of the stock sbar carriyng capacity of the

Elementary questions about data structures
Folks, S_t = (x_t, y_t) is the state of a system at time t. There is an iterative function which converts S_t into S_{t+1}. I can easily write this in R like this: iterate <- function(S) { list(S$x+1, S$y+1) } So this function eats S_t and makes S_{t+1} and I can say S2 <- iterate(S1) My question: suppose I want to iterate from 1..10, what is the data structure

[LLVMdev] Problems building LLVM under Visual Studio
Hi all, I'm trying to build LLVM, synced from SVN trunk yesterday. I ran CMake and it generated VS 2008 project files, so far so good.  Then I tried to build them, by building the ALL_BUILD project. It got the first three all right, but choked on template issues in LLVMCore: 1>------ Build started: Project: LLVMCore, Configuration: Debug Win32 ------ 1>Compiling... 1>Verifier.cpp
